| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi standar pelayanan fisioterapi oleh fisioterapis dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusuma Purwokerto dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskripstif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusuma Purwokerto Kabupaten Banyumas. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan sekunder dengan metode wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode pengolahan data dengan reduksi data dan display data kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk matriks kualitatif dan teks naratif. Metode analisis data dengan content analysis dan comparative analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, implementasi standar pelayanan fisioterapi berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (Permenkes) Nomor 65 Tahun 2015 telah berjalan baik sesuai standar pelayanan yang berlaku. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari parameter sebagai berikut : terlaksananya standar pelayanan fisioterapi dengan baik; terlaksananya manajemen pelayanan fisioterapi dengan baik; dan tersedianya sumber daya, baik sumber daya manusia maupun sarana dan prasarana yang terdapat dalam standar pelayanan fisioterapi. Adapun faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap implementasi standar pelayanan fisioterapi berdasarkan Permenkes Nomor 65 Tahun 2015 adalah faktor personal dan faktor sosial. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of physiotherapy service standards by physiotherapists in health services based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 65 of 2015 concerning Physiotherapist Service Standards in Hospitals and determine the factors that influence it. To achieve these objectives, this study uses qualitative research methods with a sociological juridical approach and descriptive research specifications. This research was conducted at the Army Hospital Wijayakusuma Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency. Types and sources of data used include primary and secondary data using interview and literature study methods. Data processing methods with data reduction and data display are then presented in the form of qualitative matrices and narrative texts. Data analysis methods with content analysis and comparative analysis. The results showed that physiotherapy services by physiotherapists based on PERMENKES Number 65 of 2015 concerning Physiotherapy Service Standards were running well and in accordance with applicable SOPs. This can be seen from the following parameters: the implementation of physiotherapy service standards properly and in accordance with applicable SOPs; the implementation of physiotherapy service management properly and in accordance with applicable SOPs; and the availability of resources, both human resources and the facilities and infrastructure contained in the physiotherapy service standards. The factors that influence the implementation of physiotherapy service standards by physiotherapists in health services based on PERMENKES Number 65 of 2015 concerning Physiotherapy Service Standards at the Wijayakusuma Army Hospital in Purwokerto are personal factors and social factors. |
