| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (DINKOPUKM) Kabupaten Purbalingga mempunyai tugas dalam membantu Bupati melaksanakan Urusan Pemerintahan bidang koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah yang menjadi kewenangan daerah. Salah satu tugas itu adalah melaksanakan evaluasi dan pelaporan bidang Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah, meliputi Koperasi, Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. Dalam melakukan tugas ini, DINKOPUKM melakukan penginputan dan pengelolaan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft yaitu Microsoft Word sebagai pembuatan laporan teguran dan Microsoft Excel digunakan dalam mengelola info koperasi serta laporan keanggotaan, laporan keuangan, dan laporan RAT. Namun laporan diterima masih menggunakan format berbeda-beda dari tiap koperasi di wilayah Kabupaten Purbalingga. Hal ini tentu saja menimbulkan masalah dalam pengelolaan data maupun pengawasan khususnya pada koperasi. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka dikembangkanlah sistem informasi pengelolaan laporan koperasi berbasis web. Sistem yang dibuat merupakan aplikasi berbasis website dan hanya dapat diakses oleh Kepala Dinas koperasi dan UKM sebagai kepala dinas, Kepala seksi bidang koperasi sebagai admin sistem, pegawai dinas bidang koperasi sebagai pegawai dinas dan staff pengurus koperasi sebagai koperasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengerjaan sistem adalah metode waterfall. Sistem Informasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS dan javascript serta menggunakan MySQL Sebagai software pengolahan database sistem. |

Inggris) | The Department of Cooperatives and Small enterprises (DINKOPUKM) Purbalingga District has a duty in assisting the Regent to implement government affairs in the field of cooperatives, small and medium enterprises that become regional authority. One such task is to implement the evaluation and reporting of the field of cooperatives, small and medium enterprises, including cooperatives, micro enterprises small and medium. In doing this task, DINKOPUKM did the input and management using Microsoft's application, Microsoft Word, as a strike report generation and Microsoft Excel is used in managing cooperative info as well as membership reports, financial reports, and RAT reports. However, the report is still using different formats of each cooperative in Purbalingga regency. This of course raises problems in data management or supervision especially on cooperatives. Based on the problem, the system is developed a Web-based cooperative report management information. The system is a website-based application and can only be accessed by the head of the Department of Cooperatives and SMES as the head of service, head of the field of cooperative cooperatives as System admins, officers of the field of cooperatives as officers and staff of cooperatives cooperative The method used in system machining is the waterfall method. System information is made using the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript as well as using MySQL as the System database processing software. |
