| Judul Artikel | Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Kepatuhan Ibu Hamil Trimester III dalam Mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan Kabupaten Banyumas |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Anemia merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian ibu akibat kurangnya mengkonsumsi tablet Fe pada ibu hamil. Ketidakpatuhan tersebut terjadi karena kurangnya dukungan keluarga. Salah satu wilayah di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan kasus ibu hamil anemia terbanyak pada bulan Desember tahun 2018 yaitu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan. Sebanyak 1329 dari 1472 atau 90,3% ibu hamil yang diperiksa kadar Hbnya mengalami anemia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan ibu hamil trimester III dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan Kabupaten Banyumas. Metodologi : Desain penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel adalah ibu hamil trimester III sebanyak 92 ibu hamil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu ibu hamil dengan usia kandungan ≥ 28 minggu (trimester III) serta ibu hamil yang mendapatkan tablet Fe. Variabel independen yaitu dukungan emosional, penghargaan, informasi, dan instrumental, serta variabel dependen yaitu kepatuhan ibu hamil trimester III dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner serta dianalisis dengan uji statistik Chi Square dan Regresi Logistik. Hasil Penelitian : Ada hubungan antara dukungan emosional (p value = 0,008), dukungan informasi (p value = 0,004), dan dukungan instrumental (p value = 0,006) dengan kepatuhan ibu hamil trimester III dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe. Tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan penghargaan (p value = 0,137) dengan kepatuhan ibu hamil trimester III dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan ibu hamil trimester III dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe yaitu dukungan informasi (OR = 3,589) Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara dukungan emosional, dukungan informasi dan dukungan instrumental. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh dengan kepatuhan ibu hamil mengkonsumsi tablet Fe adalah dukungan informasi (OR = 3,589). |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : Anaemia is one of reasons that caused a death to pregnant woman. It occurs due to lack of consuming Fe tablet. Furthermore, the disobedience happened was caused by the lack of family support. On December 2018, public health center at South Purwokerto was one of the area in Banyumas that had many anaemia in pregnant woman cases. There were 1329 from 1472 or 90,3% pregnant women experienced anaemia. This research aims to determine the relation of family support with compliance of III trimester pregnant women in consuming Fe tablet in the work of area of public health center at South Purwokerto in Banyumas district. Methodology : The design of this research is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. The sample were 92 III trimester pregnant women with purposive sampling technique. The first group was pregnant women with ≥ 28 weeks of pregnancy (III Trimester), and the another group was pregnant women who consumed Fe tablet. Independent variable are emotional, appreciation, information, and instrumental support. Dependent variable are the compliance of III trimester pregnant woman in consuming Fe tablet. The data collection is using questionnaire and analysis with Chi Square statistic test and Logistic Regression. Research result : This research found there is a relation of emotional support (p value = 0,008), information support (p value = 0,004), and instrumental support (p value= 0,006) with the III trimester pregnant woman’s compliance in consuming Fe tablet. The relation of appreciation support (p value = 0,137) with the III trimester pregnant woman’s compliance in consuming Fe tablet is cannot be found. In addition, the most influental variable towards the III trimester pregnant woman’s compliance in consuming Fe tablet is information support (OR = 3,589). Conclusion : The relation of emotional support, information support and intrumental support are found. The most influental variable towards the III trimester pregnant women’s compliance in consuming Fe tablet is information support (OR = 3,589). |
