Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian yang berjudul “Penggunaan Acidifier Sebagai Feed Aditif Dalam Pakan Yang Mengandung
Probiotik Terhadap Kadar Lemak dan Kolesterol Hati Ayam Broiler” telah dilaksanakan mulai
tanggal 27 September 2019 sampai dengan 31 Oktober 2019 di Experimental Farm dan
Laboratorium Ilmu Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal
Soedirman, Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan
acidifier dalam pakan yang mengandung probiotik dapat menurunkan kadar lemak dan kolesterol
hati ayam broiler.Materi penelitian terdiri dari 200 ekor DOC ayam broiler yang dipelihara selama
35 hari, probiotik BAL yang diisolasi dari saluran pencernaan ayam kampung dan itik, asam sitrat,
asam laktat asam format, Ransum disusun secara iso kalori dan iso protein. Ransum pakan starter
protein 21,03 % dan ransum pakan finisher protein 18,98 %. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara
eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), dengan 4
perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan. Perlakuan R0: Ransum basal + probiotik, R1: Ransum basal + asam
sitrat 1%, R2: Ransum basal + asam laktat 1% dan R3: Ransum basal + asam format 1%. Hasil
penelitian kadar lemak R0 (7,94 ± 2,89 %); R1 (7,17 ± 0,66 %); R3 (7,67 ± 1,49 %); R4 (7,36 ± 0,87
%). Kadar kolesterol R0 (215,39 ± 100,24 Mg/g); R1 (132,61 ± 62,12 Mg/g); R2 (129,34 ± 81,74
Mg/g); R3 (199,50 ± 97,24 Mg/g). Hasil analisis statistik didapatkan penggunaan acidifier sebagai
feed additive dalam pakan yang mengandung probiotik berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap
kadar lemak dan kolesterol hati ayam broiler. Kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan acidifier sebagai feed
additive dalam pakan yang mengandung probiotik menghasilkan kadar lemak dan kolesterol hati
ayam broiler yang relatif sama

Probiotics to Level of Fat and Cholesterol Liver in Broiler Chickens" was conducted from 27
September 2019 to 31 October 2019 at Experimental Farm and the Laboratory of Animal Nutrition
and Forage Science, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, University. General Soedirman, Purwokerto,
Central Java. The research objective is to determine the use of acidifier in feed that containing
probiotics to reduce levels of fat and cholesterol in the liver of broiler chickens. The research
material consisted of 200 broiler chickens who kept for 35 days, BAL probiotics that isolated from
the digestive tract of native chickens and ducks, citric acid, formic acid lactic acid, rations arranged
in iso-calories and iso-protein. Protein starter feed ration 21.03% and protein finisher feed ration
18.98%. The research was conducted by means of an experiment. The research design used was a
completely randomized design (CRD), with 4 treatments and 5 replications. Treatment R0: basal
ration + probiotics, R1: basal ration + 1% citric acid, R2: basal ration + lactic acid 1% and R3: basal
ration + 1% formic acid. The results of the study of fat content are R0 (7.94 ± 2.89%); R1 (7.17 ±
0.66%); R2 (7.67 ± 1.49%); R3 (7.36 ± 0.87%). Cholesterol levels are R0 (215.39 ± 100.24 Mg / g); R1
(132.61 ± 62.12 Mg / g); R2 (129.34 ± 81.74 Mg / g); R3 (199.50 ± 97.24 Mg / g). The results of
statistical analysis showed that the use of acidifier as a feed additive in feed containing probiotics
had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on the levels of fat and cholesterol in the liver of broiler chickens.
The conclusion is that the use of acidifier as a feed additive in feed containing probiotics results in
relatively the same levels of fat and cholesterol in broiler chicken liver.
