Indonesia) | PENGARUH APLIKASI MASI (MASALAH MENYUSUI) TERHADAP MASALAH-MASALAH YANG DIHADAPI SAAT MENYUSUI PADA IBU POSTPARTUM DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS 1 PURWOKERTO UTARA Kiki Rizqi Ependi¹, Mekar Dwi Anggraeni², Aprilia Kartikasari³ ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Kegagalan pemberian ASI eksklusif dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Salah satunya adalah ASI tidak keluar dan terjadi masalah- masalah saat menyusui dimana angka cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif masih dibawah target Kementerian Kesehatan. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk mencegah masalah menyusui yaitu melalui pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dengan menggunakan media Aplikasi masi. Metode : Disain penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment with control group pretest and posttest design. Teknik menggunakan probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Sampel berjumlah 54 responden. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner Breastfeeding Experience Scale (BES). Analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil : Rata-rata usia responden 29 tahun pada kelompok intervensi dan 31 tahun pada kelompok kontrol. Mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat pendidikan terakhir SMP, tidak bekerja, pendapatan ≥ 1.750.000, persalinan pervaginam. Terdapat perbedaan pretest posttest pada kelompok intervensi, sedangkan tidak ada perbedaan pada kelompok kontrol. Terdapat perbedaan skor masalah menyusui antara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol setelah diberikan aplikasi Masi p=0.03 (p <0.05). Inggris) | THE EFECT OF MASI APPLICATION (BREASTFEEDING PROBLEMS) ON THE PROBLEMS THAT FACED WHEN BREASTFEEDING IN POSTPARTUM WOMEN IN WORKING AREA PUSKESMAS 1 PURWOKERTO UTARA Kiki Rizqi Ependi¹, Mekar Dwi Anggraeni², Aprilia Kartikasari³ ABSTRACT Background: The failure of exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by various factors. One of them is that when breast milk does not come out because there are problems with breastfeeding where the coverage rate of exclusive breastfeeding is still below the target of the Ministry of Health. One way to prevent breastfeeding problems is through the provision of health education using the MASI application media. Method: The design of this study was a quasi-experiment with control group pretest and posttest design. The techniques used are probability sampling with simple random sampling. The sample is 54 respondents. The instrument used the Breastfeeding Experience Scale (BES) questionnaire. Data analysis using t-test. Result: The mean age of the respondents was 29 years in the intervention group, 31 years in the control group. The majority of respondents have the latest level of junior high school education, do not work, income ≥ 1,750,000, vaginal delivery. There was a difference between pretest and posttest in the intervention group, while there was no difference in the control group. There was a difference in the score of breastfeeding problems between the intervention and control groups after being given Masi application p = 0.03 (p <0.05). Conclusion: The application of MASI has been proven effective in reducing the problems faced while breastfeeding.
