| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Artikel hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana bentuk dan proses-proses resistensi dari masyarakat Desa Sumber yang ditempuh terhadap pendirian pembangunan Proyek Pengembangan Gas Jawa (PPGJ) di Desa Sumber Kabupaten Blora. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme dan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif deskriptif, dalam model analisis interaktif Miles dan Hubermas. Untuk itu, berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan hasilnya adalah dimana setiap semua tindakan para anggota kelas masyarakat yang rendah dengan maksud melunakkan atau menolak tuntutan-tuntutan yang dikenakan pada kelas mereka. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari berubahnya perspektif masyarakat Desa Sumber terhadap proyek nasional menjadi sebuah resistensi, ketika kepentingan kapitalisme lebih di utamakan dalam dalih sistem pembangunan sosial. Perlawanan berbasis pada resistensi terbuka dan resistensi terselubung, menjadi dimensi pertarungan kepentingan vis-a-vis negara. Resistensi terbuka dilakukan dengan cara berserikat membuat Tim 9 dan Serikat Petani Blora Selatan, audiensi, resistensi berbasis simbol budaya, pemasangan alat peraga propaganda seperti plang, banner, poster, stensil, pers realese baik cetak maupun online, dan demonstrasi. Sedangkan resistensi terselubung seperti memasukkan agenda resistensi ke dalam rapat P3A Dharma Tirta Sumur Pompa PWJ, beserta kegiatan rasan-rasan. Sedangkan untuk proses resistensi dari masyarakat Desa Sumber, pada tahap Coalescene telah terjadi Decline. Artinya, resistensi dari masyarakat Desa Sumber dapat dikatakan mengalami kemunduran ketika terdapat kesempatan politik. Kemunduran dalam aktivitas gerakan sosial dapat dikategorikan ke dalam bentuk keberhasilan dan kegagalan. Keberhasilannya dapat dilihat dari isu air tanah dan tenaga kerja menyatukan kelas sosial masyarakat, sehingga resistensi berhasil memobilisasi dan mengakomodasi berbagai perbedaan kepentingan. Selain itu, resistensi terhadap isu tersebut membuahkan sebuah formulasi kebijakan dari PT. Pertamina-EP untuk merobohkan rig yang telah berdiri sebelum pada waktunya, membeli air tanah dari Koperasi P3A Dharma Tirta, dan mengadakan pelatihan kerja untuk Bagian Operasional dan Perawatan yang diperuntukan untuk kalangan pemilik lahan (16%), non pemilik lahan (37%), dan kalangan umum dari masyarakat Cepu, Blora, dan sekitarnya (47%). Sedangkan untuk kegagalannya, pembuatan sumur artesi oleh PT. Pertamina-EP tetap dilakukan tanpa kompensasi ke masyarakat lokal, adanya kepentingan individual dan pertentangan dari tokoh penggerak resistensi berakibat pada melemahnya konsistensi perjuangan. |

Inggris) | The article on the results of this study aims to analyze how the forms and processes of resistance from the Sumber Village community were taken towards the establishment of the Java Gas Development Project (PPGJ) in Sumber Village, Blora Regency. Therefore, this study uses a qualitative research method with a constructivism paradigm and a case study approach. This research also uses descriptive qualitative analysis techniques, in the interactive analysis model of Miles and Hubermas. For this reason, based on the research that has been carried out, the result is that every action of the members of the lower classes of society with the intention of softening or rejecting the demands imposed on their class. This can be seen from the change in the perspective of the Sumber Village community towards the national project to become a resistance, when the interests of capitalism are prioritized in the pretext of a social development system. Resistance based on open resistance and hidden resistance has become a dimension of the struggle for interests vis-a-vis the state. Open resistance was carried out by associating with Team 9 and the South Blora Peasants Union, hearings, resistance based on cultural symbols, the installation of propaganda props such as signs, banners, posters, stencils, real-time press both printed and online, and demonstrations. Meanwhile, hidden resistance is such as inserting the resistance agenda into the P3A Dharma Tirta Sumur PWJ Pump meeting, along with convention activities. As for the resistance process from the Sumber Village community, at the Coalescene stage a Decline has occurred. This means that the resistance of the Sumber Village community can be said to have declined when there was a political opportunity. Setbacks in social movement activities can be categorized into success and failure. Its success can be seen from the issue of groundwater and labor in uniting the social class of society, so that resistance has succeeded in mobilizing and accommodating different interests. In addition, resistance to this issue resulted in a policy formulation from PT. Pertamina-EP to knock down rigs that were established prematurely, buy groundwater from the P3A Dharma Tirta Cooperative, and hold job training for the Operations and Maintenance Division which is intended for land owners (16%), non-land owners (37%), and the general public from the Cepu, Blora and surrounding communities (47%). As for the failure, the construction of artesian wells by PT. Pertamina-EP was still carried out without compensation to the local community, the existence of individual interests and opposition from leaders of resistance movement resulted in weakening the consistency of the struggle. |
