Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui dosis pupuk P yang mampu
meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jewawut (Setaria italica L.) pada kondisi
kadar air tanah rendah, (2) mengetahui dosis pupuk hayati mikoriza yang mampu
meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jewawut (Setaria italica L.) pada kondisi
kadar air tanah rendah, (3) mengetahui kombinasi dosis pupuk P dan pupuk hayati mikoriza
yang mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jewawut (Setaria italica L.)
pada kondisi kadar air tanah rendah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2020
hingga Juni 2020 di screen house dan Laboratorium Agroekologi Fakultas Pertanian,
Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan
Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk
P, yaitu P0 = 0 g SP-36/polibag, P1 = 0,88 g SP-36/polibag, P2 = 1,75 g SP-36/polibag dan
P3 = 2,63 g SP-36/polibag. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk hayati mikoriza, yaitu M0 =
0 g pupuk mikoriza/polibag, M1 = 33,3 g pupuk mikoriza/polibag, M2 = 66,6 g pupuk
mikoriza/polibag. Masing-masing faktor dikombinasikan diulang sebanyak 3 kali sehingga
diperoleh 36 satuan percobaan. Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun,
total luas daun, bobot tajuk kering vegetative, bobot akar kering vegetative, kadar klorofil,
infeksi akar, panjang malai, bobot biji, bobot tajuk kering panen, bobot akar kering panen,
bobot malai, waktu muncul malai, serapan P. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan
sidik ragam, apabila berpengaruh nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT pada taraf
kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian dosis 1,75 g SP-
36/polibag mampu meningkatkan total luas daun 18%, infeksi akar mikoriza 17%,
sedangkan pemberian 0,88 g SP-36/polibag mampu meningkatkan panjang malai 16% dan
bobot biji isi 20% dibandingkan tanpa pemberian pupuk P. Pemberian 33,3 g pupuk
mikoriza/polibag mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman 10%, total luas daun 22%, panjang
malai 11%, bobot biji isi 14% dan waktu muncul malai 3% dibandingkan tanpa pemberian
pupuk mikoriza. Pemberian kombinasi pupuk P dan mikoriza belum mampu meningkatkan
pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jewawut (Setaria italica L.)

Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The purpose of research for (1) knowing the right dose of phosphate fertilizer to
increase growth and yield jewawut on low water capacity. (2) knowing the right dose of
mycorrhiza fertilizer to increase growth and yield jewawut on low water capacity. (3)
knowing dose of phosphate fertilizer and mycorrhiza fertilizer to increase growth and
jewawut on low water capacity. This research was carried out from January 2020 until
Juny 2020 at screen house and laboratorium Agroecology of Faculty of Agriculture,
Jenderal Soedirman University. The experiments were done with a randomized design with
2 factors. First factor is dose P fertilizer, P0 = 0 g SP-36/polybag, P1 = 0,88 g SP-
36/polybag, P2 = 1,75 g SP-36/polybag and P3 = 2,63 g SP-36/polybag. Second factor is
mycorrhiza fertilizer, M0 = 0 g mycorrhiza fertilizer/polybag, M1 = 33,3 g mycorrhiza
fertilizer/polybag, M2 = 66,6 g mycorrhiza fertilizer/polybag. Each factor combined and
get 12 combinations. The treatment was repeated 3 times to get 36 units of the experiment.
The observed of variables are high plants, leaf total, leaf area total, canopy dry weight
vegetative, root dry weight vegetative, clorophyll content, root infection, long of malai,
weight of seed, canopy dry weight harvest, root dry weight harvest, weight of malai, time
up of malai, and P absorption. Data obtained from research were analysed with Anova
testand if it has significant effect, it is continued with DMRT test at the trustlevel 95%. The
results of research showed that the application of phosphate fertilizer 1,75 g SP-36/polybag
can increase variable of total leaf area 18% and root infection of mycorrhiza 17%, while
the application of P fertilizer 0,88 g SP-36/polybag can increase of llong of malai 16%,
and weight of seed 22% than without application of P fertilizer. The application of
mycorrhiza fertilizer 33,3 g per polybag can increase variable of high crop 10%, leaf area
total 22%, long of malai 11%, weight of seed 14% and time up of malai 3% than without
application of mycorrhiza fertilizer. There is not interaction between application of P
fertilizer and mycorrhiza fertilizer to increase growth and production of jewawut plants.
