Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi hukum advokasi Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIKR) dan faktor-faktor yang cenderung berpengaruh terhadap implementasi hukum advokasi Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIKR) sebagai upaya peningkatan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di Kecamatan Bobotsari, Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis, dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini di Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIKR) Kecamatan Bobotsari, Kabupaten Purbalingga dengan responden sebanyak 40 (empat puluh) orang remaja. Pengambilan sample melalui metode simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan metode kuisioner, dokumenter dan studi kepustakaan. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara coding, editing, dan tabulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi hukum advokasi Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIKR) sebagai upaya peningkatan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di Kecamatan Bobotsari, Kabupaten Purbalingga adalah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap 5 (lima) indikator meliputi efektifnya melakukan advokasi, efektifnya melakukan KIE (Komunikasi, Informasi, Edukasi), efektifnya melakukan pemberdayaan SDM, efektifnya pengembangan sistem rujukan dan baiknya dalam membuat dokumentasi kegiatan. Faktor-faktor yang cenderung berpengaruh terhadap implementasi hukum advokasi Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIKR) sebagai upaya peningkatan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di Kecamatan Bobotsari, Kabupaten Purbalingga meliputi faktor pendidikan, faktor komunikasi, dan faktor intensitas kerja. Inggris) | ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of advocacy law at the Center for Youth Information and Counseling (PIKR) and the factors that tend to influence the implementation of advocacy law at the Center for Youth Information and Counseling (PIKR) as an effort to improve teenager reproductive health in Bobotsari District, Purbalingga Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods with a sociological juridical approach, and descriptive research specifications. The location of this research is the Center for Youth Information and Counseling (PIKR), Bobotsari District, Purbalingga Regency with 40 (forty) teenagers as respondents. The sample is taken by using simple random sampling method. The data used include primary data and secondary data obtained by questionnaire methods, documentaries and literature study. Data processing is done by coding, editing, and tabulating data. The results showed that the implementation of advocacy law at the Center for Youth Information and Counseling (PIKR) as an effort to improve teenager reproductive health in Bobotsari District, Purbalingga District was effective. This is evidenced by the results of research on 5 (five) indicators including the effectiveness of conducting advocacy, the effectiveness of conducting IEC (Communication, Information, Education), the effectiveness of empowering human resources, the effectiveness of developing referral systems and the good in documenting activities. Factors that tend to influence the implementation of advocacy law at the Center for Youth Information and Counseling (PIKR) as an effort to improve teenager reproductive health in Bobotsari District, Purbalingga District including factors of education, communication, and work intensity.
