Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas hukum standar pelayanan keperawatan dalam upaya kesehatan pasien Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI) jaminan kesehatan nasional di Rumah Sakit Hermina Purwokerto dan faktor yang cenderung berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas hukum standar pelayanan keperawatan dalam upaya kesehatan pasien Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI) jaminan kesehatan nasional di Rumah Sakit Hermina Purwokerto. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Rumah Sakit Hermina Purwokerto dengan responden sebanyak 28 (dua puluh delapan) orang perawat. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket, dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan teknik coding, editing, dan tabulasi serta dianalisis dengan distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas hukum standar pelayanan keperawatan dalam upaya kesehatan pasien Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI) jaminan kesehatan nasional di Rumah Sakit Hermina Purwokerto adalah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap 6 (enam) indikator meliputi efektifnya pengkajian keperawatan, efektifnya diagnosa keperawatan, efektifnya perencanaan keperawatan, efektifnya intervensi keperawatan, efektifnya evaluasi keperawatan dan efektifnya catatan asuhan keperawatan. Faktor-faktor yang cenderung memengaruhi efektivitas hukum standar pelayanan keperawatan dalam upaya kesehatan pasien Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI) jaminan kesehatan nasional di Rumah Sakit Hermina Purwokerto meliputi faktor komunikasi, fasilitas dan kerja sama. Inggris) | ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the law of nursing services standarts in the wellness attempt on beneficiary patients of national health insurance at Hermina Purwokerto Hospital and factors that affects the effectiveness of the law of nursing services standarts in the wellness attempt on beneficiary patients of national health insurance at Hermina Purwokerto Hospital. This study using quantitative methods with a sociological juridical approach and specific descriptive research. This study is located at Hermina Purwokerto Hospital with 28 (twenty eight) nurse respondents . The study sample was taken using simple random sampling method. Types of data sources include primary and secondary data that were obtained using questionnaires, documentaries and literature. The collected data were processed using coding, editing, and tabulation techniques then analyzed with frequency distribution analysis, cross-table analysis, content analysis and comparison analysis. The study outcomes showed that the effectiveness level of the law of nursing service standards in the wellness attempt of patients who received contribution assistance (PBI) national health insurance at Hermina Purwokerto Hospital was effective. This is evidenced by the study outcomes on 6 (six) indicators including the effectiveness of nursing assessment, effective of nursing diagnoses, effective of nursing planning, effective of nursing interventions, effective of nursing evaluation and effective of nursing care records. Factors that tend to affects the effectiveness of the law of nursing service standarts in the wellness attempts of beneficiary patients of national health insurance at Hermina Purwokerto Hospital include communication, facilities and cooperation factors.
