| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Pemberian Probiotik terhadap Profil Darah Ikan Nila Best (Oreocromis spp). Ikan Nila Best merupakan salah satu komoditas perikanan yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan di sektor budidaya. Status kesehatan ikan merupakan salah satu hal penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam kegiatan budidaya. Salah satu cara yang dapat ditambahkan dalam pakan untuk memelihara kesehatan ikan yaitu dengan penambahan probiotik.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian probiotik pada pakan terhadap profil darah ikan nila best. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan (0 cc/500 g pakan, 3,5 cc/500 g pakan, 7 cc/ 500 g pakan dan 10,5 cc/500 g pakan) dan 5 ulangan menggunakan ulangan individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penambahan probiotik dengan dosis yang berbeda pada pakan memberikan pengaruh yang relatif sama terhadap jumlah total eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, kadar hematokrit dan kadar glukosa darah ikan Nila. Hasil Kelulushidupan tiap perlakuan yaitu pada perlakuan 1 sebesar 90%, perlakuan 2 sebesar 83,3%, perlakuan 3 sebesar 80% dan perlakuan 4 sebesar 73,3%. Hasil kualitas air mendapatkan kisaran suhu 23ºC -29ºC; pH 6-7; dan DO 4.2-5,4 pada tiap perlakuan dan masih berada pada batas optimal pemeliharaan ikan nila best. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is entitled Effect of Probiotic Addition on Best Tilapia Blood Profile (Oreochromis spp ). Best Tilapia is one of the fisheries commodities that has the potential to be developed in the aquaculture sector. Fish health status is one of the important things that must be considered in aquaculture activities.. One of that can be added in feed to maintain fish health is by adding probiotics. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of feeding which added probiotic to the blood profile of best tilapia. The method used in this study was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments (0 cc/500 g feed, 3,5 cc/500 g feed, 7 cc/500 g feed, and 10,5 cc/500 g feed) and 5 replications using individual replications. The results showed that the addition of probiotic with different doses on feed gave a relatively similar effect on the total number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels, hematocrit levels and blood glucose levels of tilapia. The results of the Survival of each treatment were: treatment 1 was 90%, treatment 2 was 83.3%, treatment 3 was 80% and treatment 4 was 73.3%. Water quality results get a temperature range of 23ºC -29ºC; pH 6-7; and DO 4,2-5,4 for each treatment and still at the optimal limit of best tilapia maintenance. |
