| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan probiotik rabal dan juga rabal plus dalam pakan terhadap kadar hematokrit dan leukosit itik Tegal terkurung periode produksi. Probiotik rabal adalah probiotik yang menggunakan ragi dan bakteri asam laktat (BAL), sedangkan Probiotik Rabal Plus adalah Probiotik Rabal yang ditambahkan Lactobacillus bulgaricus dan Streptococcus thermophillus . Materi yang digunakan yaitu itik Tegal umur 48 minggu. Bahan yang digunakan antara lain sampel darah itik 36 tabung EDTA, probiotik rabal dan rabal plus, serta peralatan yang digunakan meliputi spuit, kotak termos, esbatu, tabung EDTA. Penelitian dilakukan secara experimen menggunakan RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, setiap perlakuan diambil 2 sampel darah secara acak, dengan perlakuan R1: Ransum ditambah 3 ml/liter air probiotik rabal, R2: Ransum ditambah 5 ml/liter air probiotik rabal, R3: Ransum ditambah 7 ml/liter air probiotik rabal, R4: Ransum ditambah 3 ml/liter air probiotik rabal plus, R5: Ransum ditambah 5 ml/liter air probiotik rabal plus, R6: Ransum ditambah 7 ml/liter air probiotik rabal plus. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan analisis variansi. Hasil rataan nilai hematokrit dari perlakuan R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6 berturut turut adalah 35,33%, 30,50%, 31,67%, 32,33%, 36,17%, 32,17%, dan rataan leukosit R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6 berturut-turut yaitu 9391,67, 9516,67, 11450,00, 13741,67, 11700,00, 11816,67. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu pemberian probiotik rabal dan rabal plus tidak dapat meningkatkan kadar hematokrit, tetapi dapat meningkatkan kadar leukosit. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to find out effect of dietary rabal and rabal plus probiotics on hematocryte and leukocyte contents of laying ducks. Rabal probiotics is probiotics contains yeast and lactic acid bacteria (BAL), whereas Rabal Plus Probiotics are Rabal Probiotics added by Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophillus. The material used was Tegal ducks at 48 weeks old, 36 EDTA tube blood samples, probiotics rabal and rabal plus, and the equipment used included syringes, thermos boxes, ice cubes, EDTA tubes. The study used experiment with RAL (Randomized Complete Design) with 6 treatments and 3 replications. For each treatment, two random blood samples were taken, with treatment R1: Ration plus 3 ml /liter of water rabal probiotic, R2: Ration plus 5 ml /liter of water rabal probiotic, R3: Ration plus 7 ml /liter of water rabal probiotic, R4: Ration plus 3 ml /liter of water rabal plus probiotic, R5: Ration plus 5 ml /liter of water rabal plus probiotic, R6: Ration plus 7 ml /liter of water rabal plus probiotic. The analysis was done using analysis of variance. The mean results of hematocrit values from treatments R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6 were 35,33%, 30,50%, 31,67%, 32,33%, 36,17%, 32,17% respectively, and the average of leukocytes R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6 were 9391,67, 9516,67, 11450,00, 13741,67, 11700,00, 11816,67 respectively. The conclusion of the study was that the administration of rabal and rabal plus probiotics did not increased hematocrit levels, but increased level of leukocytes. |
