| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian berjudul “Penggunaan Acidifier Sebagai Feed Additive dalam Pakan yang Mengandung Probiotik terhadap Bobot dan Persentase Hati, Pankreas dan Empedu Ayam Broiler”. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Eksperimental Farm Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto pada tanggal 27 September 2019 sampai dengan 31 Oktober 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji penggunaan acidifier sebagai feed additive dalam pakan yang mengandung probiotik terhadap bobot dan persentase hati, pankreas dan empedu ayam broiler. Materi yang digunakan yaitu DOC sebanyak 200 ekor yang dipelihara selama 35 hari. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan memakai metode eksperimen in vivo dan menggunakan analisis Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan yang setiap ulangan terdiri dari 10 ekor ayam. Perlakuan yang diuji adalah R0 = Ransum Basal (RB) (Sebagai control), R1 = Ransum basal dan Acidifier asam sitrat 1%, R2 = Ransum basal dan Acidifier asam laktat 1%, R3 = Ransum basal dan Acidifier asam format 1%. Peubah yang dicatat dan diamati adalah objek yang diamati yaitu meliputi bobot dan persentase hati, pankreas dan empedu. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan acidifier sebagai feed additive dalam pakan yang mengandung probiotik berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot dan persentase hati, bobot dan persentase pankreas,serta bobot dan persentase empedu. Rataan bobot hati ayam broiler hasil penelitian R0, R1, R2, R3 adalah 29,01 g, 28,76 g, 29,29 g, 28,35 g. Rataan persentase hati adalah 2,61%, 2,60%, 2,67%, 2,63%. Rataan bobot pankreas ayam broiler hasil penelitian R0, R1, R2, R3 adalah 2,82 g, 2,83 g, 2,98 g, 2,58 g. Rataan persentase pankreas adalah 0,25%, 0,25%, 0,27%, 0,24%. Rataan bobot empedu ayam broiler hasil penelitian R0, R1, R2, R3 adalah 1,42 g, 1,14 g, 1,16 g, 1,08 g. Rataan persentase empedu adalah 0,12%, 0,10%, 0,10%, 0,09%. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahwa penggunaan acidifier dapat digunakan sebagai fedd additif dalam pakan yang mengandung probiotik tanpa mengganggu kinerja dari organ hati, pankreas dan empedu ayam broiler. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study titled “The use of Probiotic Acidifiers as Feed additive on The Weight and Percentage of Broiler liver, Pancreas and Bile”. This study conducted in Experimental Farm of Animal Science Faculty of Jenderal Soedirman University on September 27st, 2019 – October, 31st 2019. This study aims to examine the effect of the probiotic acidifiers as feed additive on the weight and percentage of broiler liver, pancreas, and Bile. The material used of this study are 200 DOCs maitained for 35 days. This study using in vivo experimental method and a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 5 replications consisting of 10 chicks. The treatments consisted of R0 = Basal Ration (as control), R1 = basal ration + 1% citric acid, R2 = basal ration + 1% lactic acid, R3 = basal ration + 1% formic acid. The response varibles were body weight and the percentage of liver, pancreas, and bile. The results of analysis of variance showed that the use of probiotic acidifier as feed additive had no significant effect (p>0,05) on the weight and percentage of broiler liver, the weight and percentage of broiler liver pancreas, the weight and percentage of broiler liver and bile. The means of broiler liver weight R0, R1, R2, R3 were 29,01 g, 28,76 g, 29,29 g, 28,35 g. The means of broiler liver percentage were 2,61%, 2,60%, 2,67%, 2,63%. The means of broiler pancreas weight R0, R1, R2, R3 were 2,82 g, 2,83 g, 2,98 g, 2,58 g. The means of broiler pancreas percentage were 0,25%, 0,25%, 0,27%, 0,24%. The means of broiler bile weightR0, R1, R2, R3 were 1,42 g, 1,14 g, 1,16 g, 1,08 g. The means of broiler bile percentage were 0,12%, 0,10%, 0,10%, 0,09%.The conclusion of this study is using probiotic acidifier as feed additif has no effect on the performance of liver, pancreas and bile of broiler.
