| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor PUAP dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis: 1) efektivitas kinerja program dan 2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kinerja PUAP di Desa Dawuhan Wetan Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode analisis faktor ini menggunakan confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) dengan SEM-PLS serta t-test. Software yang digunakan adalah SPSS dan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kinerja program PUAP di Desa Dawuhan Wetan adalah 68 persen. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel input, proses, output, dan karakteristik peminjam. Efektivitas kinerja program PUAP akan meningkat apabila pada variabel proses dan karakteristik peminjam dana PUAP lebih baik. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research studied of analysis factors of PUAP using SEM-PLS. This is to analyze: 1) the effectiveness of the PUAP performance and 2) the factors that influence the effectiveness of PUAP in Dawuhan Wetan Village, Kedungbanteng Subdistrict, Banyumas. The method of the analysis is confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with SEM-PLS and a t-test. The software used is SPSS and SmartPLS. The results showed that the effectiveness of the PUAP program in Dawuhan Wetan Village is 68 percent. Here, the variable are input, process, output, and borrower characteristics. The effectiveness of the PUAP program will increase if the variable process and borrower characteristics getting better. |
