| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Faktor – faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Driver Ojek Online (Studi Kasus Driver Go-jek dan Grab Wilayah Banyumas)”. Di Kabupaten Banyumas terdapat dua jenis ojek Online yaitu Go-jek dan Grab. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan mereka. Populasi dalam pengambilan sampel adalah seluruh driver Go-jek dan driver Grab di kabupaten banyumas. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara Snowball Sampling sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebesar 60 orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah variabel jam kerja, variabel pengalaman kerja, variabel tingkat pendidikan dan jenis ojek online berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan driver ojek online. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel jam kerja, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, dan jenis ojek online terhadap pendapatan maka digunakanlah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukan bahwa variabel jam kerja dan pengalaman berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan ojek online. Variabel tingkat pendidikan dan jenis ojek online tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian adalah agar driver memperoleh pendapatan yang meningkat maka perlu meningkatkan jam kerja yang dikerjakan serta meningkatkan lamanya waktu dalam menjadi seorang driver ojek online. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research entilted “Factors that Affect Income of Online Taxibike (Case Study of Go-jek Driver and Grab Driver in Banyumas Regional). In the banyumas regional there are two taxi bikes online name Gojek and Grab. many variabe that affect income of online taxibike. The population in this study is all of motorcyes taxi driver in banyumas regional. The sampling used is Snowball Sampling formula with 60 respondents obtaine. Purpose of this research are to determine the effect of variabel work hours, work experience, level of study, and online form of motorcylce taxithat affect to income so multiple linier regresion analysis used to determine it. The the result of multiple linier regression analysis showed the variabel working hours and work experience tha affect motorcycles taxi online income. Variabel level of education and online form of motorcylce taxi is not significan. The implications of the study are that the driver obtain income increases, the need to increase hours worked and more taking work experience from motorcycle taxi driver. |
