Indonesia) | Analisis Implementasi Sunshine Policy Dalam Proses Reunifikasi Korea Selatan dan Korea Utara Pada Masa Pemerintahan Kim Dae Jung Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana implementasi Sunshine Policy mempengaruhi reunifikasi antara Korea Selatan dan Korea Utara dibawah pemerintahan Kim Dae Jung dengan menggunakan salah satu konsep identitas kolektif yang dikemukakan oleh Alexander Wendt dimana ia menjelaskan identitas kolektif adalah kesamaan pikiran dan perasaan antar aktor (antar negara) ada beberapa faktor yang membentuk identitas kolektif antar negara. Alexander Wendt menyebutnya sebagai master variable, yaitu interdependensi, keyakinan bersama, homogenitas, dan pengekangan diri. Dari keempat variabel tersebut dapat dikelompokkan kedalam 3 faktor determinan, yakni faktor struktural, sistemik, dan strategis. Serta menggunakan konsep reunifikasi. Pemerintahan Kim Dae Jung berlangsung pada tahun 1998-2003. Pada masa pemerintahan Kim Dae Jung tercetuslah sebuah kebijakan yaitu Sunshine Policy dimana kebijakan tersebut berupaya mengikutsertakan Korea Utara di dalam setiap kerjasama ekonomi. Kebijakan ini berdasarkan 3 prinsip yaitu tidak mentolerir segala bentuk provokasi senjata oleh Korea Utara, tidak berupaya bersatu secara paksa dengan Korea Utara dan memperluas rekonsiliasi dan kerja sama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan perspektif konstruktivis Sunshine Policy berhasil memenuhi 3 faktor determinan dalam identitas kolektif yakni faktor struktural, sistemik dan strategis sehingga berhasil mengubah pandangan warga Korea dan juga Dunia bahwa kedua negara bisa berteman dan menjalin Kerjasama. |

Inggris) | Analysis of Sunshine Policy Implementation in the Reunification Process of South and North Korea During Kim Dae Jung's Reign This study analyzes how the implementation of the Sunshine Policy affects reunification between South and North Korea under the rule of Kim Dae Jung by using one of the concepts of collective identity put forward by Alexander Wendt in which he explains the collective identity is the similarity of thoughts and feelings between actors (between countries) there are several factors that shape collective identity between countries. Alexander Wendt called it the master variable, namely interdependence, shared beliefs, homogeneity, and self-restraint. Of the four variables can be grouped into 3 determinant factors, namely structural, systemic, and strategic factors. And using the concept of reunification. Kim Dae Jung's reign took place in 1998-2003. During the reign of Kim Dae Jung a policy was born, namely the Sunshine Policy in which the policy sought to include North Korea in every economic cooperation. This policy is based on 3 principles, namely not to tolerate any form of weapons provocation by North Korea, not to try to force unite with North Korea and expand reconciliation and cooperation. Based on the results of this study, using the Sunshine Policy constructivist perspective succeeded in fulfilling 3 determinant factors in collective identity namely structural, systemic and strategic factors so that it succeeded in changing the views of Koreans and also the World that the two countries could be friends and establish Cooperation. |
