| Judul Artikel | HIZBUT TAHRIR INDONESIA (HTI) DAN WACANA NEGARA KHILAFAH DALAM DRAFT CONSTITUTION OF THE KHILAFAH STATE |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Artikel hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan wacana negara khilafah dalam Draft Constitution of The Khilafah State pada dimensi linguistik, praktik wacana, dan sosiokulturalnya. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan analisis wacana. Sehingga paradigma yang digunakan adalah konstruktivisme, hasil penelitian tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa organisasi Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) yang hadir dengan membawa wacana negara khilafah menarik untuk dikaji dalam penelitian karena membawa gejolak dalam beberapa tahun terakhir di Indonesia. Wacana negara khilafah dalam praktik analisisnya, pada dimensi aspek linguistik menunjukan bahwa melalui Draft Constitution of The Khilafah State, ideologi yang dibangun HTI merujuk pada Al-Quran dan tidak mempercayai ideologi lain. Pada praktik wacananya, HTI berupaya memberikan dan mendorong ideologi masyarakat untuk terkonstruksi oleh sistem yang dibangun dalam upaya pemecah persolaan masyarakat melalui Draft Constitution of The Khilafah State. Draft ini muncul dan berupaya memberikan solusi terhadap berbagai permasalahan di Indonesia. Selanjutnya, pada dimensi sosiokulturalnya upaya HTI dalam penegakan negara khilafah di Indonesia memunculkan respon kontra oleh pemerintah hingga pada akhirnya HTI dicabut ijin organisasinya karena di anggap sebagai golongan organisasi resistensi dan mengancam kedaultan bangsa. Meskipun HTI telah resmi dibubarkan, ide-idenya tidak seketika hilang, hal ini dapat ditandai dengan masih aktifnya anggota-anggotanya secara gerilya dan menyebarkan ide-idenya terutama pada situs online yang masih dapat di akses secara bebas. Pada dasarnya, HTI memiliki konsep pemerintahan yang menurutnya ideal karena selama ini konsep pemerintah yang telah digunakan di Indonesia dianggap kurang menyejahterakan kelompok HTI dan kurang sesuai dengan basis ideologi HTI. Meski demikian, konsep dan ide HTI tidak dapat di terapkan di Indonesia karena Indonesia sendiri sudah memiliki dasar negara yaitu Pancasila. Terlepas dari itu, jika demokrasi dianggap sebagai sebuah keterbukaan, maka konsep dan ide HTI seharusnya dapat tetap hadir sejajar dengan konsep dan ide lain yang ada di tengah masyarakat Indonesia. |

Inggris) | This research-based paper aims at to describe the khilafah state discourse in the Draft Constitution of the Khilafah State on its linguistic dimensions, discourse practices, and sociocultural. By using a qualitative method and discourse analysis approach. So, this research will us constructivism paradigm, the result of the research reveals that the Indonesian Hizb ut-Tahrir (HTI) organization which was present with the Khilafah state discourse was interesting to study in research because it brought turmoil in recent years in Indonesia. Khilafah state discourse in the practice of its analysis, on the dimensions of linguistic aspects shows that through the Draft Constitution of the Khilafah State, the ideology built by HTI refers to the Koran and does not trust other ideologies. Then in the practice of the discourse, HTI seeks to provide and encourage the ideology of society to be constructed by a system that was built in an effort to solve the problem of community through the Draft Constitution of The Khilafah State. This draft appears and seeks to provide solutions to various problems in Indonesia. Furthermore, on the socio-cultural dimension, HTI's efforts in upholding the Khilafah state in Indonesia gave rise to a counter response by the government until eventually the HTI was revoked because of its perceived organizational resistance as a group of resistance organizations and threatened the nation's sovereignty. Although HTI has been officially dissolved, its ideas are not immediately lost, this can be marked by the active members of the guerrilla and spread their ideas, especially on online sites that can still be freely accessed. Basically, HTI has a concept of governance which, according to him, is ideal because so far the concept of government that has been used in Indonesia is considered to be less prosperous for HTI groups and not in accordance with HTI's ideological basis. However, HTI concepts and ideas cannot be applied in Indonesia because Indonesia itself already has a state foundation, namely Pancasila. Apart from that, if democracy is considered as an openness, then the concepts and ideas of HTI should still be present in line with other concepts and ideas that exist in Indonesian society. |
