| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Artikel hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti konflik dengan judul “Konflik Politik Poyek Pembangunan Fasilitas Rumah Sakit Wiradadi Husada Tahun 2018 Di Desa Wiradadi Kabupaten Banyumas” bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan konflik politik yang dalam hal ini adalah konflik antar kelompok. Konflik yang terjadi antara pihak Rumah Sakit Wiradadi Husada dengan Warga Perumahan Kencana Wiradadi karena adanya perbedaan pendapat pada saat pihak rumah sakit melakukan pembangunan pengembangan fasilitas rumah sakit. Pembangunan tersebut dikeluhkan oleh warga perumahan yang berada persis di sebelah gedung rumah sakit, warga merasa rumah sakit dalam pembangunannya mengabaikan aspek, hukum, sosial, keamanan dan kenyamanan warga perumahan. Warga mengeluhkan adanya dampak polusi, kebisingan, serta masalah lingkungan yaitu limbah rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma kontruktivisme serta pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan didukung juga dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Di dalam kerangka penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka pemikiran konflik politik, konsensus, dan peran aktor. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, bahwa konflik yang terjadi antara pihak rumah sakit dengan warga perumahan terjadi akibat tidak adanya komunikasi yang baik antara pihak rumah sakit dengan warga. Kurangnya sosiali kepada warga juga mengakibatkan munculnya konflik diantara kedua kelompok tersebut sehingga warga melakukan protes terhadap pihak rumah sakit dan mengadukan permasalahan ini kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas untuk segera menyelesaikan. Proses penyelesaian atau konsensus dalam konflik ini melalui bantuan pihak ketiga yaitu mediator. Mediator dalam proses penyelesaian konflik ini adalah pihak-pihak terkait yaitu Pemerintah Desa Wiradadi dan Forkompinkec (Forum Komunikasi Pimpinan Tingkat Kecamatan) Sokaraja. Kedua belah pihak menyerahkan persoalan konflik kepada kedua mediator. Konsensus bisa tercapai akibat adanya mediasi sehingga menemukan jalan keluar yang menguntungan diatara kedua belah pihak yang berkonflik. |

Inggris) | This research-based paper aims at conflict, this study entitled "Political Conflict Project Development Facilities at the 2018 Wiradadi Husada Hospital in Wiradadi Village, Banyumas Regency" aims to understand and describe political conflicts in this case is inter-group conflict. The conflict that occurred between the Wiradadi Husada Hospital and Wiradadi Kencana Housing Residents was due to differences of opinion when the hospital carried out the development of hospital facilities. The construction was complained by housing residents who were right next to the hospital building, residents felt the hospital in its construction ignored aspects, legal, social, security and comfort of housing residents. Residents complained about the impact of pollution, noise, and environmental problems, namely hospital waste. This research uses qualitative research methods with constructivism paradigm and case study approach. Data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The informant selection technique in this study is to use a purposive sampling technique, and is also supported by using the snowball sampling technique. Within the framework of this study uses the framework of political conflict, consensus, and the role of actors. The results of this study are, that the conflict between the hospital and residents of housing occurs due to the lack of good communication between the hospital and residents. Lack of socialization to residents also resulted in conflicts between the two groups so that residents protested against the hospital and complained about this problem to the Banyumas Regency Government to immediately resolve. The process of resolution or consensus in this conflict through the help of a third party, the mediator. Mediators in the process of resolving this conflict were related parties namely the Village Government of Wiradadi and Forkompinkec (Communication Forum for District Level Leaders) Sokaraja. Both parties submit conflict issues to the two mediators. Consensus can be reached as a result of mediation so as to find a profitable solution between the conflicting parties. |
