Indonesia) | PENGARUH PEMBERIAN SARI MARKISA UNGU (Passiflora edulis var edulis) BERBAGAI DOSIS TERHADAP GAMBARAN HISTOPATOLOGI SEL HEPAR TIKUS WISTAR (Rattus norvegicus) Studi Pada Uji Toksisitas Akut Sari Markisa Ungu ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Penelitian mengenai kandungan dan manfaat dari markisa ungu telah banyak diteliti. Pengujian toksisitas dari sari markisa ungu terhadap histopatologi organ hepar belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui efek toksisitas pemberian sari markisa ungu terhadap gambaran histopatologi hewan coba tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan galur Wistar. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian sari markisa ungu (Passiflora edulis var edulis) berbagai dosis terhadap gambaran histopatologis sel hepar tikus (Rattus norvegicus) jantan galur Wistar pada uji toksisitas akut. Metode: Penelitian eksperimental dengan post test only with control group design. Sejumlah 25 ekor tikus dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok. Kelompok A diberikan aquades sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pemberian perlakuan dengan sari buah markisa ungu terhadap hewan coba dilakukan pada kelompok B, C, D, dan E yang mendapat sari markisa ungu dengan masing masing dosis secara berturut turut 4,2 ml/200gBB/hari, 2 × 4,2 ml/200gBB/hari, 3 × 4,2 ml/200gBB/hari, 4 × 4,2 ml/200gBB/hari sari markisa ungu dalam satu kali pemberian atau pada dosis berulang diberikan tidak lebih dari 24 jam. Hasil: Uji Kruskal-Wallis menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan pada inflamasi porta, inflamasi lobus dan nekrosis (p<0,05). Uji Mann-Whitney untuk ketiga kategori menunjukan hasil signifikan antara kelompok A dan kelompok B serta kelompok A dan kelompok C, sedangkan antara kelompok B dan kelompok D serta kelompok B dan kelompok E didapatkan perbedaan signifikan kategori inflamasi lobus. Kesimpulan: Pemberian sari markisa ungu berbagai dosis berpengaruh terhadap histopatologi sel hepar tikus Wistar pada uji toksisitas akut 14 hari setelah perlakuan. |

Inggris) | THE EFFECT OF PURPLE PASSION FRUIT JUICE (Passiflora edulis var edulis) VARIOUS DOSAGE ON HISTOPATHOLOGICAL OF THE LIVER IN RAT WISTAR STRAIN (Rattus norvegicus) Study on Acute Purple Passion Fruit Toxicity Test ABSTRACT Background: Research on the ingredients and benefits of purple passion fruit has been approved. Research on the toxicity of purple passion fruit juice against liver organ histopathology has never been done before. Investigators have investigated the toxicity of purple passion fruit juice to the histopathology of white rat (Rattus norvegicus) male Wistar strain. Objective: To determine the benefits of giving purple passion fruit juice (Passiflora edulis var edulis) various doses to the histopathological differences in rat liver cells (Rattus norvegicus) of male Wistar strain in acute toxicity tests. Methods: An experimental study with a post test only with a control group design. Representing 25 rats were divided into 5 groups. Group A was given aquades as a control group. The administration of passion fruit juice to experimental animals was carried out in groups B, C, D, and E received passion fruit juice respectively at a dose of 4.2 ml / 200gBB / day, 2 × 4.2 ml / 200gBB / day , 3 × 4.2 ml / 200gBB / day, and 4 × 4.2 ml / 200gBB / day, the administration of purple passion fruit juice is given in once or no more than 24 hours. Results: The Kruskal-Wallis test showed significant results in portal inflammation, lobe inflammation and necrosis (p <0.05). The Mann-Whitney test for these three category showed significant results between group A-group B and group A-group C, while between group B-group D and group B-group E were highly significant in the lobe inflammation category. Conclusion: The application of purple passion fruit juice various effects on the histopathology of liver cells of Wistar rats in the acute toxicity test 14 days after consultation. |
