| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit yang dapat mengakibatkan disfungsi endotel sehingga meningkatkan terjadinya komplikasi aterotrombotik. Single clove black garlic dapat menurunkan risiko komplikasi aterotrombotik. Hal ini dikarenakan senyawa yang terkandung dalam single clove black garlic dapat memperpanjang clotting time dan bleeding time. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian single clove black garlic terhadap clotting time dan bleeding time pada tikus dengan induksi streptozotocin. Metodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain true experiment dengan posttest only with control group design. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 36 tikus yang dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok. Kelompok A, B, C, D, E, dan F. Single clove black garlic diberikan selama 14 hari pasca 4 hari induksi STZ. Hasil pengukuran clotting time dan bleeding time dilakukan menggunakan uji oneway ANOVA dilanjutkan dengan uji Post-Hoc Duncan. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil uji oneway ANOVA menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang bermakna (p<0.05) rerata clotting time dan bleeding time pada tikus kelompok A, B, C, D, E, dan F dengan nilai p= 0.046 (clotting time) dan p=0.026 (bleeding time). Kesimpulan: Pemberian single clove black garlic dapat memperpanjang clotting time dan bleeding time dengan dosis efektif dosis 1,3 g/200gBB |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Research Background: Diabetes mellitus is a disease that can result in impaired endothelial function thereby increasing the occurrence of atherothrombotic complications. Single clove black garlic was able to reduce the risk of atherothrombotic complications. This is because the compounds contained in single clove black garlic can extend clotting time and bleeding time. Reseach Purposes: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of single clove black garlic on clotting time and bleeding time in rats with streptozotocin induction. Research Methodology: This study used a true experiment design with a posttest only with control group design. This study used 36 samples of experimental animals which were divided into 6 groups. Group A, B, C, D, E, and F. Single clove black garlic given for 14 days after 4 days of induction streptozotocin. The results of clotting time and bleeding time measurements were carried out using the oneWay ANOVA test then continued with the Post-Hoc Duncan test. Results: OneWay ANOVA test results showed significant differences (p <0.05) mean clotting time and bleeding time in mice group A, B, C, D, E, and F with values p = 0.046 (clotting time) and p = 0.026 (bleeding time). Conclusion: Giving single clove black garlic can extend clotting time and bleeding time with an effective dose is 1,3 g/200gBB |
