Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Sekolah merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan yang dijadikan tempat untuk mengajarkan kepada anak sejak dini tentang membiasakan berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Anak usia sekolah merupakan kelompok umur yang rawan terhadap masalah kesehatan. Walaupun tanggung jawab utama kesehatan anak usia sekolah berada di tangan orang tua/ wali, tetapi sekolah memiliki peran yang besar untuk mempengaruhi kesehatan masyarakat terutama kesehatan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas sekolah dengan Program Duta Sanitasi dan sekolah dengan Program Dokter Kecil terkait perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat siswa sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan Quasi Experimental dengan menggunakan rancangan percobaan penelitian Posttest Only Control Desain Group. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa-siswi sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan total sampel sebanyak 182 responden yang diambil menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling dan sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ada perbedaan pengetahuan antara anak sekolah dasar dengan program Duta Sanitasi dan anak sekolah dasar dengan program Dokter kecil (p-value = 0.000), tidak ada perbedaan sikap antara anak sekolah dasar dengan program Duta Sanitasi dan anak sekolah dasar dengan program Dokter kecil (p-value = 0.737) ada perbedaan perilaku antara anak sekolah dasar dengan program Duta Sanitasi dan anak sekolah dasar dengan program Dokter kecil (p-value = 0.000). Kesimpulan: Variabel yang tidak ada perbedaan yaitu variabel sikap sedangkan variabel yang terdapat perbedaan yaitu pada variabel pengetahuan dan variabel perilaku. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Introduction: School is one of educational institutions which is used to teach school age childrens more early about accustom having clean and healthy behaviors (PHBS). The school age childrens are vulnerable to health problems. Although primary responsibility health of children school are in the hands of parents, but schools have an important role to affect public health especially children’s health. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of school with the “Duta Sanitasi” Program’s and schools with “Dokter Kecil” Program’s related to the clean and healthy behavior of elementary school students in Banyumas Regency On 2018. Methods: This research used a Quasi Experimental approach using Posttest Only Control Design Group research experimental design. The population in this research were all elementary school students in Banyumas Regency with a total sample of 182 respondents were taken using the Stratified Random Sampling method and according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, then the data were analyzed using the Independent Sample T-Test. Results: The results of this research stated that there were differences in knowledge between schools with the “Duta Sanitasi” program’s and schools with the “Dokter Kecil” program’s (p-value = 0,000), there was no difference in attitude between the school with the “Duta Sanitasi” program’s and schools with the “Dokter Kecil” program’s (p-value = 0.737) there was a difference in behavior between the school and the “Duta Sanitasi” program’s and the school with the “Dokter Kecil” program’s (p-value = 0,000).
