Indonesia) | HUBUNGAN KEAKTIFAN BERORGANISASI DENGAN NILAI MATA KULIAH KOMUNIKASI II PADA MAHASISWA JURUSAN KEPERAWATAN UNSOED ANGKATAN 2018 Mawar Anggriani Pattikupang1, Keksi Girindra Swasti2, Wahyudi Mulyaningrat3 ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Perguruan tinggi diharapkan mampu mengembangkan bakat dan minat mahasiswa melalui pengembangan dalam kegiatan kemahasiswaan. Mahasiswa diberi peluang untuk mengikuti berbagai macam kegiatan, untuk dapat mengasah keterampilan dalam berbagai aspek sesuai dengan keinginan dan kemampuan yang dimiliki selama berada di perguruan tinggi. Pengalaman mengikuti organisasi kemahasiswaan dapat memberi bekal kepada mahasiswa dalam berbagai hal dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi. Metodologi:Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectionaluntuk menghubungkan keaktifan berorganisasi dengan nilai mata kuliah komunikasi II pada mahasiswa jurusan keperawatan Unsoed angkatan 2018. Pengambilan sempel data menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 60 responden . Hasil: Terdapat mahasiswa yang mengikuti organisasi sebanyak 68,3%dan tidak mengikuti organisasi sebanyak 31,7%. Lama mahasiswa yang mengikuti organisasi mayoritas 3 semester sebanyak 48,3%. Dan mayoritas nilai komunikasi II berada pada kategori AB sebanyak 41,7%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keaktifan berorganisasi terhadap nilai mata kuliah komunikasi II dengan nilai p = >0,922r = 0,012 Kesimpulan:Keikutsertaan dalam berorganisasi dan lama berorganisasi pada mahasiswa keperawatan 2018 tidak berhubungan dengan nilai mata kuliah komunikasi II. Students are given the opportunity to participate in various activities outside, to be able to improve the skills in various aspects in accordance with the desires and abilities possessed while in college. The experience of participating in student organizations can provide students with a variety of things and can improve communication skills. Methodology: This research was a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach to link organizational activeness with the value of communication II for students majoring in Nursing Department Unsoed in 2018. Sampling of data used total sampling with a total of 60 respondents. Results: There were who joined the organization 68.3% and 31.7%did not attend the organization. The number of students taking part in the 3 semester majority organization was 48.3%. The majority of communication II values were in the AB category 41.7%. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between organizational activity on the value of communication II with a value of p => 0.922 r = 0.012 Conclusion: There participation and length of joining the organization of nursing students in 2018 was no statistical relationship between and communication II.
