| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KOORDINASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Purbalingga merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) yang bergerak dalam bidang penyedia jasa air minum di Kabupaten Purbalingga dimulai sejak tahun 1927 hingga sekarang secara konsisten melayani masyarakat. Dimulainya pengelolaan penyedian air bersih dalam bentuk Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Purbalingga dimulai sejak ditetapkan peraturan daerah kabupaten Purbalingga Nomor 1 Tahun 1968 tentang Pendirian Perusahaan daerah Air minum kabupaten purbalingga tanggal 27 agustus 1968. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja dan koordinasi kerja bersama-sama dan parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai perusahaan daerah air minum kabupaten purbalingga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan seluruh populasi pegawai PDAM. Menggunakan sampel jenuh didapatkan 96 orang menjadi responden. Untuk menguji pengaruh kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja dan koordinasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai digunakan metode statistik uji regresi ordinal. Pengeolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 160 For Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja dan koordinasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Purbalingga. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji regresi ordinal yang memiiliki hasil posiif, dengan nilai chi-square sebesar 19.246, sedangkan chi-square tabel dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% dengan df=4 adalah sebesar 9,488. Jadi nilai chi-square hitung > chi-square tabel (19.246 > 9.488), sehingga dapat dikatakn hasil perhitungan regresi ordinal adalah siginifikan. |

Inggris) | The Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Purbalingga Regency is a Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) which operates in the field of drinking water service providers in Purbalingga Regency starting in 1927 until now consistently serving the community. The start of the management of clean water supply in the form of a Regional Water Supply Company in the Purbalingga Regency began since the stipulation of Purbalingga regency number 1 of 1968 concerning the Establishment of a Regional Water Supply Company in Purbalingga Regency on 27 August 1968. This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, work motivation and work coordination together and partially on the performance of the employees of the regional drinking water company in Purbalingga Regency. This type of research is a quantitative method with the entire population of PDAM employees. Using a saturated sample 96 people were identified as respondents. To test the effect of work ability, work motivation and work coordination on employee performance the statistical method of the ordinal regression test was used. Data processing is done using the SPSS 160 For Windows program. Based on the results of the study showed that together work ability, work motivation and work coordination had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Water Supply Company of Purbalingga Regency. This is evidenced from the results of the ordinal regression test which has positive results, with a chi-square value of 19,246, while the chi-square table with a 95% confidence level with df = 4 is 9,488. So the value of chi-square count> chi-square table (19.246> 9,888), so it can be said the results of ordinal regression calculations are significant. |
