| Judul Artikel | APLIKASI PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR DAN PGPR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL TANAMAN BAYAM MERAH (Amaranthus tricolor L.) PADA BUDIDAYA HIDROPONIK SISTEM SUMBU |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengkaji pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair terhadap hasil tanaman bayam merah, (2) mengkaji pengaruh PGPR terhadap hasil tanaman bayam merah, (3) mengkaji interaksi antara konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dan PGPR terhadap hasil tanaman bayam merah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2019 di Screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto dan di Laboratorium Agrohortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial. Faktor pertama menggunakan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (P) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 10ml/l; 15 ml/l; dan 20ml/l. Faktor kedua yaitu menggunakan PGPR (B) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 10ml/l; 20ml/l; dan 30ml/l. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, kehijauan daun, panjang akar, bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penggunaan pupuk organik cair dalam penelitian ini mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman setinggi 20,18 cm; kehijauan daun sebesar 10,98 unit; dan bobot tanaman segar sebesar 8,52 g. (2) PGPR dalam penelitian ini tidak meningkatkan hasil tanaman bayam merah. (3) Interaksi pupuk organik cair dan PGPR dalam penelitian ini tidak meningkatkan hasil tanaman bayam merah. |

Inggris) | ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) examine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer on yield of red spinach, (2) examine the effect of PGPR (liquid Bio P60) on yield of red spinach, (3) examine the interaction between liquid organic fertilizer concentration and PGPR (liquid Bio P60) on yield of red spinach. The study was conducted on July to August 2019 at the Screen house of Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto and in the Agrohorticultural Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, the Jenderal Soedirman University, the Purwokerto. This study used factorial pattern Complete Randomized Block Design (RCBD) using 3 replications. The first factor it was concentration of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (P) in consisted of 3 levels, namely 10ml/l; 15ml/l and 20ml/l. The second factor in using PGPR (liquid Bio P60) (B) consisted of 3 levels, namely 10ml/l, 20ml/l, and 30ml/l. Observatied variables included plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, greenness of leaves, root length, plant fresh weight, and plant dry weight. The results showed that: (1) The use of liquid organic fertilizer in this study could increase the plant height of 20.18 cm tall; leaf greenness of 10.98 units; and the weight of a fresh plants of 8.52 g. (2) PGPR in this study did not increase crop yields red spinach. (3) The interaction of liquid organic fertilizer and PGPR in this study did not increase crop yields red spinach. |
