| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui konsentrasi pupuk daun gandasil D yang paling tepat, 2) mengetahui konsentrasi air leri yang paling tepat, 3) mengetahui interaksi antara konsentrasi pupuk daun gandasil D dan air leri untuk memacu pertumbuhan dan pembungaan tanaman anggrek Dendrobium. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house pekarangan rumah penduduk di Desa Datar, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas, dan di laboratorium agronomi dan hortikultura Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Januari-April 2019. Penelitian berupa percobaan pot, faktorial 3x3. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor, yaitu pupuk daun gandasil D dan air leri. Konsentrasi pupuk daun gandasil D terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 1,5 g L-1, 3 g L-1, dan 4,5 g L-1. Konsentrasi air leri terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu 150 ml L-1, 250 ml L-1, dan 350 ml L-1. Variabel pertumbuhan dan pembungaan anggrek yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu tinggi tanaman, luas daun, jumlah daun, diameter batang, jumlah tunas, panjang malai, jumlah malai, jumlah kuntum malai-1, kandungan klorofil di daun, dan persentase tanaman berbunga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pemberian pupuk daun gandasil D dengan konsentrasi 4,5 g L-1 dapat memacu pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, sedangkan konsentrasi 3 g L-1 dapat memacu pembungaan anggrek Dendrobium, 2) pemberian air leri dengan konsentrasi 250 ml L-1 dapat memacu pembungaan anggrek Dendrobium dan luas daun, sedangkan konsentrasi 350 ml L-1 dapat memacu pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, dan 3) terdapat interaksi antara pupuk daun gandasil D dan air leri pada tinggi tanaman dan luas daun. Pemberian pupuk daun gandasil D konsentrasi 4,5 g L-1 dan air leri konsentrasi 250 ml L-1 meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, sedangkan pemberian pupuk daun gandasil D konsentrasi 1,5 g L-1 dan 3 g L-1 dan air leri konsentrasi 250 ml L-1 meningkatkan luas daun anggrek Dendrobium. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aimed to: 1) find out the most appropriate dose of Dandrobium leaf fertilizer, 2) find out the most appropriate concentration of rice washing water, 3) find out the interaction between the concentration of gandasil D and rice washing water to stimulate growth and flowering of Dendrobium orchid plants. The study was conducted at the screen house of the residents' home in Datar Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency, and in the agronomy and horticulture laboratory of Jenderal Soedirman University. The research was conducted in January-April 2019. The research was in the form of a pot experiment, a 3x3 factorial. The experimental design used in this research was a Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with two factors, namely rice washing water and gandasil D. The concentration of rice washing water consisted of three levels, namely 150 ml L-1, 250 ml L-1, and 350 ml L-1. Concentration of gandasil D consists of 3 levels, namely 1.5 g L-1, 3 g L-1, and 4.5 g L-1. Growth and flowering variables of orchids observed in this research were plant height, leaf area, number of leaves, stem diameter, number of shoots, panicle length, panicle number, panicle bud-1 number, chlorophyll content in leaves, and percentage of flowering plants. The results of this research that: 1) the application with 4.5 g L-1 concentration of gandasil D fertilizers can stimulate the growimg of plant height while the 3 g L-1 concentration can stimulate the flowering of dendrodium orchid, 2) distribution of leri water with a concentration of 250 ml L-1 can stimulate the flowering of Dendrobium orchids and leaf area, while a concentration of 350 ml L-1 can stimulate plant height growth, and 3) The application of gandasil D fertilizers the concentration of 4.5 g L-1 and rice washing water concentration 250 ml L-1 gave the highest value of plant height, while the concentration of 250 ml L-1 rice washing water and the concentration 1.5 g L-1 of gandasil D fertilizers gave the highest value of leaf area. |
