| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Bawang merah (Allium ascolonicum L.) merupakan komoditas hortikultura yang tergolong sayuran rempah yang banyak dibutuhkan terutama sebagai pelengkap bumbu masakan guna menambah cita rasa dan kenikmatan masakan. Desa Rengaspendawa merupakan pengasil bawang merah di Kecamatan Larangan Kabupaten Brebes. Usahatani bawang merah di luar musim tanam memiliki tingkat risiko cukup tinggi salah satunya disebabkan oleh serangan hama dan penyakit tanaman sehingga dapat mengakibatkan menurunya kualitas dan kuantitas produksi. Usahatani bawang merah di luar musim tanam tetap dilakukan petani karena pada saat musim hujan produksi bawang merah nasional menurun sehingga ada kemungkinan harga jual bawang merah akan lebih mahal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; 1) Menghitung biaya yang dikeluarkan dan pendapatan yang diterima dari usahatani bawang merah di luar musim tanam 2) Menganalisis kelayakan usahatani bawang merah di luar musim tanam. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei - juni 2019 di Desa Rengaspendawa Kecamatan Larangan Kabupaten Brebes. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) dan Break Even Point (BEP). Berdasarkan hsil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata biaya produksi Rp27.661.150,00, Penerimaan Rp32.153.721,00, keuntungan Rp.4.492.571,00, RC/ Ratio 1,16, BEP Penerimaan Rp12.501.324,00, BEP Produksi sebesar 858,46 Kg dan BEP harga per unit Rp14.562,00. Analisis R/C Ratio bernilai 1,16 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa usahatani bawang merah Di Desa Rengaspendawa layak untuk dijalankan. |

Inggris) | Shallots (Allium ascolonicum L.) is a horticultural commodity which is classified as a spice vegetable which is much needed especially as a complement to cooking spices in order to add flavor and enjoyment to the cuisine. Deasa Rengaspendawa is a producer of shallots in the District of Larangan, Brebes Regency. Shallots farming outside the growing season has a high enough level of risk, one of which is caused by pests and plant diseases that can cause a decline in the quality and quantity of production. Onion farming outside the planting season is still carried out by farmers because during the rainy season the national shallot production decreases so that there is a possibility the selling price of shallots will be more expensive. The purpose of this study is; 1) Calculating the costs incurred and the income received from onion farming outside the growing season 2) Analyzing the feasibility of farming onions outside the growing season. The research method used is quantitative. This research was conducted in May - June 2019 in Rengaspendawa Village, Larangan District, Brebes Regency. The analysis conducted is the analysis of costs, revenues, revenues, Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) and Break Even Point (BEP). Based on research results obtained an average production cost of Rp27.661.150,00, Revenue Rp32.153.721,00, profit Rp4.492.571,00, R/C Ratio 1.16,.
