| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah adalah program nyata yang harus diterapkan disekolah-sekolah yang dibina oleh seorang Pembina dari setiap pangkalan atau unit sekolah. Program Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah menekankan pada Trias Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah yang meliputi pendidikan kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan, dan lingkungan sehat. Trias Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah menjadi pedoman kesehatan disekolah khususnya pada kegiatan peserta didik, guru, dan warga sekolah guna menerapkan pendidikan, pelayanan, lingkungan sehat diruang lingkup sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan informasi tentang hasil survei pelaksanaan UKS di SMP Negeri Se-Purwokerto. Metodologi desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif. Lokasi dan waktu penelitian di laksanakan di SMP Negeri Se-Purwokerto. Pengambilan data dengan survei pada bulan Oktober 2019. Populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh pembina UKS SMP Negeri Se-Purwokerto yang berjumlah 8 orang pembina. Hasil Penelitian Hasil pelaksanaan UKS dari 3 Mekanisme yaitu Organisasi, Program UKS, dan Sarana prasarana, untuk mekanisme Organisasi 88,5% menunjukan persentase mendekati baik, mekanisme Program UKS 93,1 menujukan persentase mendekati baik dan mekanisme Sarana prasarana UKS 99% menunjukan persentase mendekati baik. Hasil analisis statistik observasi tentang Sarpras UKS ruang UKS 92%, Lingkungan 88%, toilet 88%, obat-obatan 100% dan peralatan medis 90% sehingga dengan kategori sangat baik. Kesimpulan Pelaksanaan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah di SMP Negeri Se-Purwokerto dalam kategori baik dengan prosentase sebesar 93.6%. Dilihat dari Pelaksanaan Pendidikan di sekolah dari 8 sekolah dalam kategori baik, pelayanan kesehatan, pelaksanaan lingkungan, sarana prasarana, dan Mekanisme organisasi Usaha kesehatan Sekolah di SMP Negeri Se-Purwokerto. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: School Health Effort is a real program that must be implemented in schools that are fostered by a coach from each school base or unit. The School Health Business Program emphasizes on Trias School Health Enterprises which include health education, health services, and a healthy environment. Trias School Health Efforts become guidelines for school health, especially in the activities of students, teachers, and school residents to implement education, services, healthy environment in the scope of the school. Purpose: This research is to find out and get information about the results of the implementation survey School Health Middle School Country in Purwokerto. Methodology: research design using descriptive research with quantitative analysis. Location and time of research carried out at Middle School Contery in Purwokerto Retrieval of data by survey in October 2019. Population and sample are all coaches health school in Purwokerto which amounted to 8 coaches. Research result: The results of the implementation of school health from 3 Mechanisms namely Organization, School health program, and Infrastructure Facilities, for the mechanism of the Organization 88.5% showed that the percentage is close to good, the School Health Program Mechanism 93.1% is aimed at a percentage that is close to good and the mechanism of the School Health Infrastructure mechanism for 99% the percentage is close to good. The results of observational statistical analysis of the Health School infrastructure Health School 92% of the room, 88% of the environment, 88% of the toilets, 100% of medicines and 90% of medical equipment so that the category is very good. Conclusion: The Implementation of School Health Enterprises in the State Junior High Schools in in Purwokerto is in the good category with a percentage of 93.6%.
