| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang : RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta dalam melaksanakan pencatatan dan pelaporan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Rumah sakit berencana mengembangkan sistem pelaporan Sistem Informasi Terintegrasi Rumah Sakit Sardjito menuju Electronic Health Record, sehingga diperlukan persiapan dari setiap komponen rumah sakit, salah satunya adalah kesiapan perawat. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesiapan perawat terhadap penerapan EHR di VIP dewasa RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 120 perawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian: Penelitian menunjukan bahwa perawat memiliki persentase kesiapan melaksanakan EHR 81,7% dan yang belum siap sebesar 18,3%. Persentase perawat yang belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan komputer 78,3%, aspek pengetahuan khususnya terkait terminologi klinis 35,8% dan pengetahuan terkait tujuan utama EHR 50,8%. Kesimpulan: Perawat VIP dewasa RSUP Dr Sardjito Yogyakarta siap terhadap penerapan EHR pada EMRAM tingkat 7. Aspek sikap dan ketrampilan komputer memiliki kesiapan yang baik, sedangkan aspek pengetahuan perlu ditingkatkan karena masih ada skor rendah terkait terminologi klinis dan tujuan EHR. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Dr. Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta uses a computerized system in the process of recording and reporting. The hospital plans to develop the Sardjito Hospital Integrated Information System reporting system towards the Electronic Health Record, so that preparation of each component of the hospital is needed, one of which is the nurses’ readiness. This study aims to determine the readiness of nurses for the implementation of EHR in adult VIP Dr. Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta. Method: This research uses a quantitative descriptive design. The samples are 120 nurses. Then, this study uses total sampling method and a questionnaire for the research instrument. Result: Research shows that the percentage of nurses who are ready to implement EHR is 81.7% and there are 18.3% of nurses who are not ready yet. The percentage of nurses who has never attended computer training is 78.3%, aspects of knowledge specifically related to clinical terminology are 35.8% and knowledge related to the main objectives of EHR is 50.8%. Conclusion: Nurses in Adult VIP of Dr. Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta are ready for the implementation of EHR at EMRAM level 7. The aspects of attitude and computer skills are well prepared, while aspects of knowledge need to be improved because there are still low scores related to clinical terminology and EHR goals. |
