Indonesia) | HUBUNGAN KUALITAS SUPERVISI INFECTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL NURSE TERHADAP KEPATUHAN PERAWAT DALAM PENGGUNAAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI DI GEDUNG A RSUD DR.H.MARSIDI JUDONO BELITUNG Erman¹, Wastu Adi Mulyono², Galih Noor Alivian³ Prodi Keperawatan Fakultas Ilmu-Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Email: ermaniman77@gmail.com ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Rumah sakit merupakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang diwajibkan melindungi petugasnya dari penularan infeksi. Pencegahan infeksi dilakukan dengan pemakaian alat pelindung diri (APD). Perawat sering kali tidak patuh dalam penggunaan APD, hal ini akan memberikan dampak penularan infeksi dari pasien ke petugas. Pemantauan kepatuhan perawat dalam penggunaan APD memerlukan kegiatan pengawasan atau supervisi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas supervisi IPCN terhadap penggunaan APD di Gedung A Rawat Inap RSUD dr.H.Marsidi Judono Belitung. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan motode analitik correlation pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Responden penelitian berjumlah 54 perawat pelaksana dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan karakteristik responden dengan usia rata-rata 34,9 tahun, jenis kelamin mayoritas perempuan dengan jumlah 72,2%, pendidikan responden terbanyak DIII Keperawatan dengan jumlah 81,5% dan pengalaman bekerja perawat rata-rata 10,1 tahun. Hasil uji hipotesa menunjukkan umur berkorelasi positif lemah dan berhubungan secara bermakna dengan kepatuhan pemakaian APD (r=0,277 dan p=0,043), sedangkan jenis kelamin (t=-0,787 dan p=0,435), tingkat pendidikan (t=0,163 dan p=0,871), pengalaman bekerja dengan (r=0,173 / p 0,210) dan variabel supervisi (r=0,218 dan p=0,115) tidak berhubungan secara bermakna dengan kepatuhan pemakaian APD. Kesimpulan: Karakteristik umur menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna dengan pemakaian APD. Makin tinggi umur dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan responden semakin baik. |

Prevention of infection is done by the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Nurses often do not comply with the use of PPE, this will have an impact on the transmission of infection from patient to officer. Monitoring nurse compliance in the use of PPE requires supervision or supervision Objective: This study is to determine the relationship of the quality of IPCN supervision on the use of PPE in A Building dr. H.Masidi Judono Belitung Hospital. Method: Quantitative research with a cross-sectional time approach analytic correlation method. Research respondents numbered 54 nurses implementing the total sampling technique. Results: This study shows the characteristics of respondents with an average age of 34.9 years, the majority of female sex with a number of 72.2%, most education respondents DIII Nursing with a number of 81.5% and the average nurse's work experience of 10.1 years. Conclusion: Age characteristics show a significant relationship with the use of PPE. The higher age in this study shows the level of compliance of respondents the better. |
