Indonesia) | PERBANDINGAN GAYA HIDUP SEHAT PERAWAT DI RSUD AJIBARANG BERDASARKAN FAKTOR PERSONAL DAN RIWAYAT HIPERTENSI PADA KELUARGA Sofi Rohimah1, Made Sumarwati2, Annas Sumeru2 ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Hipertensi dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, antara lain faktor personal, riwayat keluarga, dan gaya hidup. Perawat yang memiliki gaya hidup buruk, dan riwayat hipertensi pada keluarga lebih berisiko mengalami hipertensi. Hipertensi pada perawat yang berisiko bisa dikendalikan dengan perubahan gaya hidup sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan gaya hidup sehat perawat di RSUD Ajibarang berdasarkan faktor personal dan riwayat hipertensi pada keluarga. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain analitik komparatif. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 114 responden, responden terbagi dua kelompok yaitu A yang memiliki riwayat hipertensi dan kelompok B yang tidak memiliki riwayat hipertensi. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan uji distribusi frekuensi, chi square, Fisher’s, dan Mann-whitney. Hasil: Hasil uji statistik menunjukan bahwa gaya hidup berdasarkan usia dan jenis kelamin diperoleh nilai p=0,042 dan p=0,458, gaya hidup berdasarkan masa kerja diperoleh nilai p=0,003. Gaya hidup berdasarkan riwayat hipertensi pada keluarga diperoleh nilai p=0,953. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada gaya hidup sehat perawat berdasarkan faktor personal, yaitu pada usia dan masa kerja namun tidak terdapat perbedaan gaya hidup sehat berdasarkan riwayat hipertensi pada keluarga. Inggris) | COMPARISON OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IN AJIBARANG HOSPITAL BASED ON PERSONAL FACTORS AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE HISTORY IN FAMILY Sofi Rohimah1, Made Sumarwati2, Annas Sumeru2 ABSTRACT Background: Hypertension is influenced by many factors, including personal factors, family history, and lifestyle. Nurses who have a bad lifestyle, and family history more risky of hypertension. High blood pressure in at-risk nurses can be controlled with healthy lifestyle changes. The objective of study to determine differences in the healthy lifestyle of nurses in Ajibarang Regional Hospital based on personal factors and family history of high blood pressure. Method: This study used quantitative methods with comparative analytic designs. The respondent who involved in the study is 114 respondents, respondents were divided into two groups namely A who had a history of hypertension and group B who did not have a history of hypertension. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire that was analyzed using the frequency distribution test, chi square, fisher's, and Mann-whitney. Results: Statistical test results show lifestyle based on age and gender earned value p = 0.042 and p=0,458, lifestyle based on years of service earned value p = 0.003. Lifestyle based on family history of hypertension earned value p = 0.953. Conclusion: There are significant differences in a healthy lifestyle based on personal factors, namely at age and years of work, but there is no difference in a healthy lifestyle based on a family history of hypertension.
