| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Persepsi Anggota Terhadap Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto”. Permasalahan utama adalah kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto yang akan dipengaruhi oleh Persepsi tentang Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menetahui besarnya pengaruh Persepsi tentang Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan metode survey, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis menggunakan perhitungan statistik Korelasi Product Moment, Korelasi Konkordansi Kendal W dan Regresi Ordinal dengan sasaran penelitian pegawai non medis di Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa kinerja pegawai yang rendah pada Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma di sebabkan oleh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja yang rendah. |

Inggris) | South This study is entitled "The Effect of Member Perceptions on Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Wijayakusuma Hospital Purwokerto". The main problem is the performance of employees at Wijayakusuma Purwokerto Hospital which will be influenced by the perception of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline. The purpose of this study was to analyze and find out the magnitude of the effect of Perception on Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance at Wijayakusuma Hospital. This study uses an associative quantitative research method with a survey method approach, with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method uses the statistical calculation of Product Moment Correlation, Kendal W Concordance Correlation and Ordinal Regression with the aim of research of non-medical employees at Wijayakusuma Hospital. Based on the results of quantitative analysis in this study, it can be explained that the low performance of employees at Wijayakusuma Hospital is caused by leadership style, work motivation and low work discipline. |
