| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh afiliasi dengan bank, stock selection skill, ukuran, dan umur reksa dana terhadap kinerja reksa dana saham di Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 31 produk reksa dana yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif dengan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa afiliasi dengan bank berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja reksa dana saham. Stock selection skill berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja reksa dana saham. Sedangkan ukuran dan umur reksa dana tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja reksa dana saham. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah investor dapat mempertimbangkan untuk berinvestasi pada reksa dana saham yang tidak terafiliasi dengan perbankan dan dikelola oleh manajer investasi dengan kemampuan pemilihan saham yang baik. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of affiliation with banks, stock selection skills, size, and age of mutual funds on the performance of equity funds in Indonesia in 2014-2018. The sample of this study was 31 mutual fund products selected using purposive sampling techniques. This research is an associative quantitative study using panel data regression analysis techniques. Based on the test results in this study indicate that affiliation with banks has a significant negative effect on the performance of equity funds. Stock selection skills have a positive and significant effect on the performance of equity funds. While the size and age of a mutual fund has no effect on the performance of equity funds. The implication of this research is that investors may consider investing in equity funds that are not affiliated with banks and managed by investment managers with good stock selection skills. |
