| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penggunaan reward cards menjadi sebuah sarana untuk menarik pelanggan dan juga meningkatkan penjualan. Namun, penggunaan reward cards pada Shushu Milkshake dinilai tidak efektif karena dari pihak kasir Shushu Milkshake seringkali tidak memberikan cap stempel pada setiap pembelian sehingga penukaran reward points juga tidak bisa dilakukan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya penerapan aplikasi untuk menyimpan data reward points yang otomatis diberikan saat transaksi selesai dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pemberian dan penukaran reward points sehingga promosi yang diberikan oleh pihak Shushu Milkshake dapat dioptimalkan dengan baik. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan metode pengembangan waterfall, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk website, webview Flutter untuk mobile, dan basis data yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pemberian dan penukaran reward points. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Reward cards are used to attract customers and also increase sales. However, the use of reward cards on Shushu Milkshake is considered ineffective because Shushu Milkshake cashiers often does not give the stamp on each purchase so it’s not possible to exchange the reward points. Therefore, it’s necessary to apply an application to store data of reward points that are automatically given when the transaction is completed. This study aims to simplify the process of giving and exchanging reward points so the promotion given by the Shushu Milkshake can be optimized properly. This application was built with the waterfall development method, using the PHP programming language for website, Flutter webview for mobile, and using MySQL for database. It is hoped that this application can provide convenience in the process of giving and exchanging reward points. |
