| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Pertumbuhan Perusahaan dan Jenis Industri terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh Tingkat Pengungkapan Emisi Karbon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 103 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan structure equation modelling (SEM) dengan alternatif partial least square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan PLS ini menunjukkan bahwa: hanya tingkat pengungkapan emisi karbon yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara itu, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan jenis industri tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengungkapan emisi karbon; serta tingkat pengungkapan emisi karbon tidak memediasi pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan dan jenis industri terhadap nilai perusahaan. Implikasi dari hasil di atas adalah perlu adanya perubahan kebijakan permerintah mengenai kewajiban untuk mengungkapkan emisi karbon untuk mempertegas pertanggungjawaban kegiatan operasi perusahaan serta pengendalian perusahaan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Company Growth and Type of Industry on Company Value through the level of Carbon Emission Disclosure. The amount of the sample in this study is 103 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling. The data collected have proceed by using Structure equation modelling (SEM) with alternatives Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study and data analysis using PLS show that: only the level of carbon emission disclosure has a positive and significant effect on company value. Meanwhile, company growth and type of industry does not affect the level of carbon emission disclosure; and the level of carbon emission disclosure does not mediate the effect of company growth and the type of industry on company value. The implication of the results is the need for changes in government policies regarding obligation to disclose carbon emissions. It will reinforce the accountability of the company’s operations and control of the company. |
