| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penyakit ginjal kronik (PGK) merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat di seluruh dunia. Berdasarkan data di beberapa pusat Nefrologi di Indonesia pada tahun 2016 tercatat sekitar 499.800 orang menderita PGK. Di Purwokerto, khususnya di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto pada tahun 2017 tercatat 144 pasien PGK yang rutin periksa ke RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Pencapaian adekuasi hemodialisis (HD) diperlukan untuk menilai efektivitas tindakan HD yang dilakukan. Status gizi yang ditandai dengan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) sangat berpengaruh pada pengobatan PGK dan PGK dapat menyebabkan anemia. Efektivitas tindakan HD dapat mempengaruhi status IMT maupun perubahan anemia. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan adekuasi hemodialisis dengan perubahan anemia dan perubahan status IMT pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis reguler di RSUD. Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Bentuk penelitian yang dilakukan adalah observasional analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pasien penyakit ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis rutin 2 kali seminggu selama minimal 3 bulan di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto di tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara adekuasi hemodialisis dengan perubahan anemia (p=0,524), ada hubungan bermakna antara adekuasi hemodialisis dengan perubahan status IMT (p=0,024). Adekuasi HD berhubungan dengan perubahan status IMT. Namun tidak berhubungan dengan perubahan anemia pada pasien hemodialisis reguler. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a public health problem throughout the world. Based on data in several Nephrology centers in Indonesia in 2016 there were around 499,800 people suffering from CKD. In Purwokerto, especially at the RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto in 2017 recorded 144 patients with CKD who routinely checked into the RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Achieving HD adequacy is needed to assess the effectiveness of HD actions performed. Nutritional status marked by BMI is very influential in the treatment of CKD and CKD can cause anemia. The effectiveness of HD action can affect BMI status and changes in anemia. The objective is to find out the correlation between hemodialysis adekuation with anemia changes and BMI changes status in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing regular hemodialysis at the RSUD. Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. The research is observational analytic using a cross sectional design with purposive sampling method. The subjects of this study were chronic kidney disease patients who underwent routine hemodialysis 2 times a week for a minimum of 3 months at Prof. RSUD. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto in 2018. The results of this study indicate that there is no correlation between the hemodialysis adekuation and anemia changes (p= 0.524), there is a correlation between the hemodialysis adekuation and changes in BMI status (p= 0.024). There is a relationship between the hemodialysis adekuation and changes in BMI status, while the hemodialysis adekuation with changes in anemia has no significant relationship. |
