| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kekuatan otot perut dan daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap akurasi shooting peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal putra di SMA Negeri 1 Sokaraja. Metodologi: Penelitian ini termasuk korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran, jumlah sampel sebanyak 18 siswa dan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrument penelitian kekuatan otot perut menggunakan tes sit up, daya ledak otot tungkai dengan tes standing board jump, sedangkan shooting dengan tes menembak 5 bola. Uji statistic korelasi person product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil Penelitian: Ada hubungan kekuatan otot perut terhadap akurasi shooting (p = 0.037 dan r = 0.495), ada hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap akurasi shooting (p = 0.031 dan r = 0.509), ada hubungan kekuatan otot perut dan daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap akurasi shooting (p = 0.019 dan r = 0.640). Kesimpulan: kekuatan otot perut dan daya ledak otot tungkai dapat meningkatkan akurasi shooting dalam permainan futsal. Kata Kunci: kekuatan, daya ledak otot tungkai, shooting. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: This research has purpose to knowing correlation between the power of abdominal muscle and explosive leg power with shooting accuration boys students of the extracurricular futsal in SMA Negeri 1 Sokaraja. Method: This research including in correlation kind with cross approach sectional. Accumulation technique of the data used by test anda measuring. Total sample is 18 students and used by total sampling technique. Instrument of this research is the power of abdominal muscle used by sit up test, the explosive leg power used by standing board jump test, meanwhile the shooting test used by shoot 5 times with the ball. Correlation statistic test pearson product moment and correlation double. Result of the research: There is the correlation of the power of abdominal muscle with accuration shooting (p= 0,031 and r= 0,495), there is correlation of the explosive leg power with accuration shooting (p= 0,031 and r= 0,509), there is correlation between the power of abdominal muscle and the explosive leg power with accuration shooting (p=0,019 and r=0,064). Conclusion: The power of abdominal muscle and the explosive leg power can related to increase shooting accuration in the game of futsal. Keywords: Power, the explosive leg power, shooting. |
