| Judul Artikel | Ketahanan Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine max L.) terhadap Cekaman Salinitas |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian cekaman salinitas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil genotip kedelai berdasarkan karakter agronomis, 2) mengkaji kemampuan tanaman kedelai dalam menghadapi cekaman salinitas berdasarkan karakter agronomis, 3) mengetahui genotip kedelai mana yang memiliki sifat ketahanan tinggi dan rendah terhadap cekaman salinitas Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan mei 2019 sampai bulan agustus 2019 di Screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini menggunakan RAKL (Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap) dengan 2 faktor dan 3 blok. Faktor pertama yaitu genotipe meliputi varietas Slamet, Galur nomor 13, galur nomor 2, galur p71. Faktor kedua yaitu cekaman salinitas dengan taraf 0 dS/m, 2 dS/m, 4 dS/m, 6 dS/m. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot kering tajuk, bobot kering akar, bobot kering tanaman, nisbah tajuk : akar, panjang akar, jumlah buku, jumlah polong per tanaman, bobot biji per tanaman, dan bobot 100 biji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) cekaman salinitas menurunkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot kering tanaman, panjang akar, jumlah buku, jumlah polong, bobot polong, dan bobot 100 biji, 2) keempat genotipe memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda dalam menghadapi cekaman salinitas, yang terekspresi melalui perbedaan karakter agronomi, 3) berdasarkan analisis indeks toleransi taraf 4 dS/m, varietas Slamet merupakan genotipe yang termasuk dalam golongan moderat toleran, sedangkan galur 13, galur 2 , dan galur p71 termasuk dalam golongan tidak toleran. |

Inggris) | ABSTRACT This research aimed to 1) determined the effect of giving salinity stress to the growth and yield of soybean genotypes based on agronomic characteristics, 2) studying the ability of soybean plants to deal with salinity stress based on agronomic characteristics, 3) determined which soy genotypes have high and low resistance to salinity stress. The research was conducted in May 2019 until August 2019 at the Screenhouse of Agriculture Faculty, Jenderal Soedirman University. This research used randomized complete block design (RCBD) with treatments of 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor was genotypes including Slamet variety, line number 13, number 2, and number p71. The second factor was salinity stress with the concentration of 0 dS/m, 2 dS/m, 4 dS/m, 6 dS/m. The observed variables were plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, plant dry weight, shoot : root ratio, root length, number of nodes, number of pods per plant, crop seed weight, and weight of 100 seeds. The results showed that 1) salinity stress reduced plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, plant dry weight, root length, number of books, number of pods, pod weight, and weight of 100 seeds, 2) The four genotypes had different abilities to deal with salinity stress, which expressed through differences in agronomic characters, 3) based on the analysis of stress tolerance index of 4 dS/m, Slamet varieties was the genotypes included in moderate tolerant group, while line number 13, 2, and p71 included in the intolerant group. |
