| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Adanya perubahan fisiologis, farmakokinetika, farmakodinamika, serta komplikasi dan polifarmasi pada geriatri menyebabkan masalah terkait penggunaan obat (DRP/ Drug Related Problem). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi rasionalitas penggunaan obat antihipertensi meliputi tepat indikasi, tepat obat, tepat dosis, dan tepat pasien pada pasien hipertensi geriatri. Penelitian observasional dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif terhadap 100 data rekam medik pasien hipertensi geriatri dengan metode simple random sampling. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis berdasarkan karakteristik dan ketepatan terapi. Data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, kemudian akan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Persentase ketepatan yaitu tepat indikasi (100%), tepat obat (93%), tepat dosis (50,5%), dan tepat pasien (100%). Persentase ketepatan sudah cukup baik, namun tepat dosis memiliki persentase yang lebih kecil, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi kembali dalam pemberian dosis obat antihipertensi pada pasien geriatri di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. |

Inggris) | The existence of physiological changes, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, as well as complications and polypharmacy in geriatrics cause problems related to drug use (DRP/ Drug Related Problems). This study aims to evaluate the rationality of the use of antihypertensive drugs including the right indications, the right drugs, the right dosages, and the right patients in geriatric hypertension patients. Observational study with retrospective data collection on 100 medical records of geriatric hypertensive patients with simple random sampling method. The data obtained will be analyzed based on the characteristics and accuracy of the therapy. Data is presented in tabular form, then analyzed descriptively. Percentage of accuracy is the right indication (100%), the right medicine (93%), the right dose (50.5%), and the right patient (100%). The percentage of accuracy is good enough, but the exact dosage has a smaller percentage, so it needs to be re-evaluated in administering a dose of antihypertensive medication in geriatric patients at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital Purwokerto. |
