Indonesia) | IMPLEMENTASI PRINSIP-PRINSIP INFORMED CONSENT DALAM TRANSAKSI TERAPEUTIK (STUDI DI RSUD HJ ANNA LASMANAH BANJARNEGARA) ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi prinsip informed consent dalam transasksi terapeutik di RSUD Hj Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi, kedisiplinan dan kerjasama terhadap implementasi prinsip-prinsip informed consent dalam transaksi terapeutik di RSUD Hj Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yurudis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di RSUD Hj Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara dengan responden sebanyak 25 orang dokter. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis dan sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yg diperoleh dengan metode angket dan kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan metode coding, editing,dan tabulasi, kemudian disajikan secara naratif dan tabel. Analisi data kuantitafif menggunakan metode distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi prinsip-prinsip informed consent dalam transaksi terapeutik di RSUD Hj Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara adalah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap 4 (empat) indikator meliputi efektifnya prinsip autonomi, efektifnya prinsip beneficentia, efektifnya prinsip nonmaleficentia dan efektifnya prinsip utilitas serta tingginya faktor kedisiplinan, tingginya faktor motivasi, dan baiknya faktor kerjasama yang mempengaruhi implementasi prinsip-prinsip informed consent dalam transaksi terapeutik di RSUD Hj Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara Kata kunci : Implementasi Hukum, Prinsip-Prinsip Informed Consent, Ttransasksi Terapeutik, Rumah Sakit, Motivasi Dokter, Kedisiplinan Dokter, Kerjasama Dokter. |

Inggris) | MPLEMENTATION OF INFORMED CONSENT PRINCIPLES IN THERAPEUTIC TRANSACTIONS (STUDY AT HJ ANNA LASMANAH BANJARNEGARA HOSPITAL) ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of the principle of informed consent in therapeutic transactions at Hj Anna Lasmanah Hospital Banjarnegara and the factors that influence motivation, discipline and cooperation towards the implementation of the principles of informed consent in therapeutic transactions at Hj Anna Lasmanah Hospital Banjarnegara. This study uses qualitative methods with a sociological jurudical approach and descriptive research specifications. This study took place in the Hj Anna Lasmanah Hospital Banjarnegara with respondents as many as 25 doctors. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling. Types and sources of data include primary data and secondary data obtained by questionnaire and library methods. The collected data is processed using the methods of coding, editing, and tabulation, then presented narratively and in a table. Quantitative data analysis uses the method of frequency distribution analysis, cross table analysis, content analysis and comparison analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the principles of informed consent in therapeutic transactions at Hj Anna Lasmanah Hospital Banjarnegara was effective. This is evidenced by the results of research on 4 (four) indicators including the effectiveness of the principle of autonomy, the effectiveness of the principle of beneficentia, the effectiveness of the principle of nonmaleficentia and the effectiveness of the utility principle as well as the high discipline factor, the high motivation factor, and the good cooperation factor that influences the implementation of the principles of informed consent in therapeutic transactions at Hj Anna Lasmanah Hospital Banjarnegara Keywords: Legal Implementation, Informed Consent Principles, Therapeutic Transactions, Hospitals, Doctor's Motivation, Doctor's Discipline, Doctor's Collaboration. |
