| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Sepakbola merupakan olahraga yang disukai pada elmen masyarakt terutama anak-anak, remaja, dan orang tua. Terdapat metode latihan rope jump. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan rope jump terhadap peningkatan kemampuan shooting sepakbola kelas olahraga SMPN 1 Baturaden. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan one group pretest posttest design. Desain ini adalah menggunakan satu kelompok eksperimen dengan melakukan pretest, tratment dan posttest. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes shooting bobby Charlton yang dilakukan dua kali dan diambil nilai terbaik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pemain sepakbola kelas olahraga SMPN 1 Baturaden berjumlah 16 anak. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistic Shapiro-Wilk. Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian peningkatan kemampuan shooting sepakbola kelas olahraga SMPN 1 Baturaden diperoleh p=0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh metode latihan rope jump terhadap peningkatan kemampuan shooting sepakbola kelas olahraga SMP N 1 Baturaden. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh metode latihan rope jump terhadap peningkatan kemampuan shooting sepakbola kelas olahraga SMPN 1 Baturaden. Kata Kunci: Latihan, Rope Jump, Shooting, Sepakbola |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background of Study: Football is a popular sport in the community especially for children, teenagers, and elderly people. There is a rope jump exercise method. This study aimed to determine the influence of rope jump training method to increase football shooting skills of sport class in State Junior High School 1 Baturaden. Method of Study: This study used One Group Pretests Posttest Design. The design used a single experiment group by Pretest, Treatment and Posttest. The instrument was used a shooting test of Charlton Bobby that performed twice and taken the best value. The subject of this study was the football player of sport class in State Junior High School 1 Baturaden which numbered 16 children. The data analysis techniques in this study used the statistic Shapiro-Wilk test. Results of Study: According to the study results of the increase of football shooting skills of sport class in State Junior High School 1 Baturaden, it was gained p = 0,000 < 0.05. Based on these results can be concluded there was influence of rope jump training method to increase football shooting skills of sports class in State Junior High School 1 Baturaden. Conclusion: There was an influence of rope jump training method to increase the football shooting skill of sports class in State Junior High School 1 Baturaden.
