Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi metabolit sekunder jamur entomopatogen yang tersarang di dalam teknik budidaya terhadap: intensitas serangan dan populasi musuh alami hama walang sangit (Leptocorisa acuta). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto, dan lahan sawah di Desa Brobot, Kecamatan Bojongsari, Kabupaten Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai Juli 2019, menggunakan Rancangan Petak Tersarang Non Faktorial. Teknik budidaya merupakan faktor sarang yang terdiri dari konvensional, SRI, dan organik serta metabolit sekunder merupakan faktor tersarang yang terdiri dari 4 isolat asal Cipete, Papringan, Pasir Kulon, dan Kalisalak dengan 12 perlakuan dengan masing-masing perlakuan diulang 4 kali. Perlakuan yang diujikan adalah insektisida imidakloprid (2 ml/l) dengan teknik budidaya konvensional P0(T1), metabolit sekunder isolat J1 dengan teknik budidaya SRI P1(T2), metabolit sekunder isolat dengan teknik budidaya SRI P2(T2), metabolit sekunder isolat J3 dengan teknik budidaya SRI P3(T2), metabolit sekunder isolat J4 dengan teknik budidaya SRI P4(T2 metabolit sekunder isolat J1 dengan teknik budidaya organik P1(T3), metabolit sekunder isolat J2 dengan teknik budidaya organik P2(T3), metabolit sekunder isolat J3 dengan teknik budidaya organik P3(T3), metabolit sekunder isolat J4 dengan teknik budidaya organik P4(T3). Variabel yang diamati meliputi: 1) populasi hama walang sangit, 2) populasi musuh alami, dan 3) intensitas serangan hama walang sangit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perlakuan terbaik yang mampu menekan populasi hama walang sangit (L. acuta) adalah perlakuan perlakuan metabolit sekunder isolat jamur asal Desa Papringan dan Desa Pasir Kulon yang tersarang di dalam teknik budidaya SRI dimana tidak ditemukannya hama walang sangit pada setiap pengamatan, serta perlakuan terbaik yang mampu menekan intensitas serangan walang sangit (L. acuta) adalah perlakuan metabolit sekunder isolat jamur asal Desa Cipete dan Desa Pasir Kulon yang tersarang di dalam teknik budidaya organik dimana tidak ditemukannya tanaman padi yang terserang hama walang sangit. (2) metabolit sekunder dengan teknik budidaya SRI maupun Organik tidak mempengaruhi populasi musuh alami Lycosa sp., Oxyopes sp., Argiope sp., Atypena sp., Tetrahnatha sp., Paederus sp., Coccinella sp., dan Ophionea sp..
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This research was aimed for knowing the influence of the application of secondary metabolites of entomopathogenic fungi population of natural enemy stink bug (Leptocorisa acuta). This research was conducted in Plant Proctetion Laborory of Agriculture Faculty, Jenderal Soedriman University and the yield on Brobot village, Bojongsari district, Purbalingga Regency, Central Java on May 2019 to July 2019, uses a Non Factorial Nest Plot Design. The cultivation technique were nest factor consisting of conventional, SRI, and organic then secondary metabolites were a nested factor consisting of 4 isolate from Cipete, Papringan, Pasir Kulon, dan Kalisalak with 12 treatments with each treatment repeated 4 times. The treatments tested were imidacloprid (2 ml/ l) insecticide with conventional cultivation technique P0(T1), secondary metabolites isolate J1 with SRI cultivation technique P1(T2), secondary metabolites isolate J2 with SRI cultivation technique P2(T2), secondary metabolites isolate J3 with SRI cultivation technique P3(T2), secondary metabolites isolate J4 with SRI cultivation technique P4(T2), secondary metabolites isolate J1 with organic cultivation technique P1(T3), secondary metabolites isolate J2 with organic cultivation technique P2(T3), secondary metabolites isolate J3 with organic cultivation technique P3(T3), and secondary metabolites isolate J4 with organic cultivation technique P4(T3). Variables observed included: 1) population of stink bug, 2) population of natural enemies, and 3) intensity of stinking bug attacks. The results showed that (1) the best treatment that is able to suppress the population of stink bug (L. acuta) is treatment of secondary metabolites entomopathogenic fungi isolates from Papringan Village and Pasir Kulon Village which were nested in SRI cultivation techniques, where no pest was found in any observations, and the best treatment that is able to suppress the intensity of the attack of stink bug (L. acuta) is the treatment of secondary metabolites entomopathogenic fungi isolates from Cipete Village and Pasir Kulon Village which were nested in organic cultivation techniques, where no rice plants were found that were stricken with pests and bugs, and (2) secondary metabolites and SRI fishing techniques were also found organic Lycosa sp., Oxyopes sp., Argiope sp., Atypena sp., Tetrahnatha sp., Paederus sp., Coccinella sp., and Ophionea sp.
