| Judul Artikel | Faktor-faktor yang Berpengaruh Terhadap Perilaku Pencegahan Penyakit Leptospirosis Pada Penderes di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas II Cilongok |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Leptospirosis merupakan penyakit infeksi yang berpotensi menimbulkan kejadian luar biasa di Indonesia sehingga perilaku pencegahan penting untuk dilakukan agar distribusi kasus tidak meluas dan masyarakat mampu melakukan upaya perlindungan diri dari penularan leptospirosis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pencegahan leptospirosis pada penderes. Metodologi : Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu penderes di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas II Cilongok. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik cluster sampling berjumlah 102 penderes. Variabel penelitian meliputi usia, pendidikan, pendapatan, pengetahuan, sikap, ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan, paparan informasi, jumlah sumber informasi, lingkungan, dukungan keluarga dan perilaku pencegahan leptospirosis. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat (chi square), multivariat (regresi logistik) menggunakan software SPSS 20. Hasil Penelitian : Perilaku Pencegahan leptospirosis pada penderes dalam kategori kurang baik dengan persentase 52,9%. Variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pencegahan leptospirosis pada penderes yaitu paparan informasi dengan POR = 2,624 (CI 1,146-6,012) dan variabel pendapatan menjadi variabel protektif dengan POR 0,284 (CI 0,100-0,808). Simpulan : Penyebaran informasi mengenai perilaku pencegahan leptospirosis diperlukan untuk menekan angka kejadian leptospirosis dan meningkatkan pengetahuan agar penderes yang memiliki pendapatan tinggi melakukan perilaku pencegahan leptospirosis. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : Leptospirosis is infectious deseases which the potential to cause epidemic in Indonesia, so preventive behavior is important to avoid a case spreading. People are able to make efforts to protect themselves from leptospirosis infection. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the behavior prevention of leptospirosis to coconut sugar farmer. Methodology : This type of research was quantitative by using a cross sectional approach. The population were coconut sugar farmer in the Working Area of Cilongok II Health Service. Samples were taken using cluster sampling technique totaling 102 coconut sugar farmer. The variables including were age, education, income, knowledge, attitude, availability of health facilities, information exposure, total information sources, family support, environment and leptospirosis prevention behavior. The data analyzed by using univariate, bivariate (chi square), multivariate (logistic regression) using SPSS 20 software. The Results : Behavior of cococnut sugar farmer for leptospirosis prevention is in bad category with percentage 52,9%. Variable that influence the prevention behavior of leptospirosis to the coconut sugar farmers are information exposure with POR 2,624 (CI 1,146-6,012) and income variable become protective variables with POR 0,284 (CI 0,100-0,808). Conclusion : Information dissemination regarding leptospirosis prevention behavior is needed to reduce the incidence of leptospirosis and increase knowledge in order to coconut sugar farmers who has high income to conduct leptospirosis behavior prevention. |
