| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | KESADARAN HUKUM PERAWAT TERHADAP PROGRAM PROMOSI KESEHATAN DALAM PELAKSANAAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT (STUDI DI RSUD DR. SOESELO SLAWI) ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran hukum perawat terhadap program promosi kesehatan dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Soeselo Slawi dan pengaruh faktor kedisiplinan,motivasi dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kesadaran hokum perawat pada program promosi kesehatan dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Soeselo Slawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis, dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Soeselo Slawi. Pengambilan sampel melalui metode simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan metode angket, dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Pengolahan data secara coding, editing, dan tabulasi. Analisis data kuantitatif mengunakan metode distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran hukum perawat terhadap program promosi kesehatan dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Soeselo Slawi adalah tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap 4 (empat) indikator meliputi tingginya tingkat pengetahuan hukum perawat terhadap program promosi kesehatan, tingginya pemahaman hukum perawat terhadap program promosi kesehatan, banyaknya sikap setuju perawat terhadap program promosi kesehatan, dan banyaknya pola perilaku perawat yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai program promosi kesehatan. Faktor kedisiplinan dan motivasi sebagai faktor personal serta faktor fasilitas kerja sebagai faktor sosial cenderung berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kesadaran hukum perawat pada program promosi kesehatan dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr.Soeselo Slawi. Inggris) | NURSE LAW AWARENESS PROGRAM TOWARDS HEALTH PROMOTION IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NURSING CARE IN HOSPITAL (STUDY AT RSUD Dr. SOESELO SLAWI) ABSTRCT This study aims to study nurses' legal awareness of the health promotion program in the implementation of nursing care in the study hospital Dr. Soeselo Slawi and the factors that influence nurses' legal policies towards health promotion programs in the implementation of nursing care in hospitals at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Soeselo Slawi. This research uses quantitative research methods with Contact sociological juridical, and descriptive research specifications. Location of the study at Regional General Hospital Dr. Soeselo Slawi with 44 (forty four) nurses. Sampling through simple random sampling method. The data used using primary data and secondary data obtained by questionnaire, documentary and library methods. Process data by coding, editing, and tabulating. Quantitative data analysis using the method of content analysis and comparative analysis methods. The results showed that the level of legal awareness of nurses towards health promotion programs in the implementation of nursing care at hospitals in the Regional General Hospital Dr. Soeselo Slawi is high. This is evidenced by the results of research on 4 (four) indicators added by the level of knowledge of nurses to health promotion programs, understanding of nurses' understanding of health promotion programs, consideration of the level of nurses agreeing to health promotion programs, and patterns of comparison of nurses in accordance with program values health promotion. Factors that tend to influence nurses' legal awareness of health promotion programs in the implementation of nursing care at hospitals in the Regional General Hospital Dr. Soeselo Slawi covers the factors of discipline, motivation, and work facilities.
