| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Euclidean Distance digunakan untuk menghitung jarak antara dua vektor yang berfungsi menguji ukuran yang bisa digunakan sebagai interpretasi kedekatan jarak antara dua obyek. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kekerabatan jenis berdasarkan nilai euclidean distance, squared euclidean distance, mean eulcidean distance, absolute distance, dan mean absolute distance di Bagian Barat Segara Anakan Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan lokasi 20 stasiun dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Puposive sampling. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2019 di Bagian Barat Segara Anakan Cilacap. Hasil penelitian didapatkan hubungan antar jenis mangrove terdekat berdasarkan nilai euclidean distance sebesar 244,9, squared euclidean distance sebesar 60.000, dan mean eulcidean distance sebesar 63,3 terdapat pada spesies Rhizopora stylosa dengan Xylocarpus moluccensis, sedangkan berdasarkan nilai absolute distance sebesar 466,7 dan mean absolute distance sebesar 31,1 terdapat pada spesies Aegiceras floridum dengan Xylocarpus moluccensis. Hubungan antar jenis mangrove terjauh berdasarkan nilai euclidean distance sebesar 3.993,3, squared euclidean distance sebesar 15.946.666,7, dan mean eulcidean distance sebesar 1.031,1 terdapat pada spesies Rhizopora mucronata dengan Nypa fruticans, sedangkan berdasarkan nilai absolute distance sebesar 14.066,7 dan mean absolute distance sebesar 937,8 terdapat pada spesies Avicennia marina dengan Nypa fruticans. |

Inggris) | Euclidean Distance is used to calculate the distance between two vectors that serves to test the size that can be used as an interpretation of the proximity of the distance between two objects.The purpose of this study was to determine the similarity based on the value of the euclidean distance, squared euclidean distance, mean eulcidean distance, absolute distance, and mean absolute distance in the Western Segara Anakan Cilacap. The research method used the survey method with 20 stations and used Purposive sampling. The study was conducted on July 2019 in the Western of Segara Anakan Cilacap. The results showed that the near relationship of mangrove species based on euclidean distance value 244,9, squared euclidean distance value 60.000, and mean eulcidean distance value 63,3 was between Rhizopora stylosa species with Xylocarpus moluccensis, while based on absolute distance value 466,7 and mean absolute distance value 31,1, was between Aegiceras floridum with Xylocarpus moluccensi. The long relationship of mangrove species based on euclidean distance value sebesar 3.993,3, squared euclidean distance value 15.946.666,7 and mean eulcidean distance value 1.031,1 was between Rhizopora mucronata with Nypa fruticans, while based on absolute distance value 14.066,7 and mean absolute distance value 937,8, was between Avicennia marina with Nypa fruticans. |
