| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | “Suplementasi Ampas Teh (Camelia sinensis) terhadap Bobot Karkas dan Bobot Gizzard pada Itik Lokal Jantan’’ bertujuan untuk mengkaji taraf suplementasi ampas teh fermentasi terhadap bobot karkas dan bobot gizzard pada itik lokal jantan. Materi penelitian terdiri dari 100 ekor itik lokal jantan. Bahan pakan yang di gunakan antara lain jagung 53%, dedak 17%, SBM 15%, konsentrat 11%, top mix 1%, Kapur 1%, minyak jagung 2% dengan protein 17,69 %. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperiment menggunakan RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 5 ekor itik lokal jantan, dengan perlakuan A0 : pakan basal tanpa suplementasi ampas teh fermentasi sebagai kontrol, A1 : pakan basal dengan suplementasi ampas teh yang difermentasi dengan EM4 sebanyak 2,5%, A2 : pakan basal dengan suplementasi ampas teh yang difermentasi dengan EM4 sebanyak 5%, A3 : pakan basal dengan suplementasi ampas teh yang difermentasi dengan trichoderma viride sebanyak 2,5%, A4 : pakan basal dengan suplementasi ampas teh yang difermentasi dengan trichoderma viride sebanyak 5%. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi. Hasil rataan bobot karkas itik lokal jantan dari perlakuan A0, A1, A2, A3, A4 berturut-turut adalah 1134,50±96,01; 724,00±51,39; 619,25±53,88; 847,21±97,22; 2746±143,98, dan rataan bobot gizzard itik lokal jantan dari perlakuan A0, A1, A2, A3, A1 berturut-turut adalah 51,25±10,05; 48,63±7,32; 42,00±8,83; 48,90±6,26; 43,41±5,42. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi ampas teh fermentasi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap bobot karkas namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot gizzard. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah suplementasi ampas teh fermentasi taraf 2,5% dan 5% menurunkan bobot karkas dan belum mampu meningkatkan bobot gizzard pada itik lokal jantan. |

Inggris) | "Supplementation of the Tea pulp (Camellia sinensis) on Carcass Weight and Gizzard Weight on Male Local Ducks' aims to assess the level of fermentation tea pulp supplementation against carcass weight and gizzard weight in male local ducks. The research material consisted of 100 male local ducks. Feed ingredients used include 53% corn, 17% bran, 15% SBM, 11% concentrate, 1% top mix, 1% lime, 2% corn oil with 17.69% protein. The study was conducted experimentally using RAL (Completely Randomized Design) with 4 treatments and 5 replications, each treatment consisted of 5 male local ducks, with treatment A0: basal feed without supplementation of fermented tea pulp as a control, A1: basal feed with tea pulp supplementation fermented with EM4 as much as 2.5%, A2: basal feed with tea pulp supplementation fermented with EM4 by 5%, A3: basal feed with tea pulp supplementation fermented with trichoderma viride as much as 2.5%, A4: basal feed with Tea pulp supplementation which is fermented with trichoderma viride by 5%. The data obtained were analyzed using variance analysis. The average carcass weight of male local ducks from treatments A0, A1, A2, A3, A4 are 1134.50 ± 96.01 respectively; 724.00 ± 51.39; 619.25 ± 53.88; 847.21 ± 97.22; 2746 ± 143.98, and the average gizzard weight of male local ducks from treatments A0, A1, A2, A3, A4 respectively were 51.25 ± 10.05; 48.63 ± 7.32; 42.00 ± 8.83; 48.90 ± 6.26; 43.41 ± 5.42. The results showed that fermented tea pulp supplementation had a very significant effect on carcass weight but did not significantly affect the weight of the gizzard. The conclusion of the study is the supplementation of tea pulp of 2.5% and 5% has not been able to increase the gizzard weight but has lowered carcasses in the local males. |
