| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “pelaksanaan bpjs ketenagakerjaan kepada pekerja waktu tertentu di kopegtel citra ciraka emas tasikmalaya”. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahu, mengkaji, dan menganalisis pelaksaan jaminan sosial kerja bagi pekerja waktu tertentu di Kopetgel Citra Ciraka Emas Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan tentang “pelaksanaan bpjs ketenagakerjaan kepada pekerja waktu tertentu di kopegtel citra ciraka emas tasikmalaya” maka kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pelaksanaan Jaminan Sosial di Kopetgel Citra Ciraka Emas Kota Tasikmalaya telah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 24 Tahun 2011 Pasal 15 Ayat (1) yaitu Pemberi kerja wajib mendaftarkan dirinya dan pekerjanya sebagai peserta kepada BPJS sesuai dengan program jaminan sosial yang diikuti. Hal ini disamping karena perusahaan telah mengikutsertakan seluruh pekerjanya dalam program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, juga karena Kopetgel Citra Ciraka Emas Tasikmalaya berkomitmen dalam menanggung seluruh biaya pengobatan pekerja yang mengalami kecelakaan kerja termasuk biaya pengangkutan dan biaya rehabilitasi. Selain itu, Kopetgel Citra Ciraka emas Tasikmalaya secara intern juga telah menyelenggarakan program jaminan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Meskipun pelaksanaan Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan di Kopetgel Citra Ciraka Emas sudah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011, namun Kopetgel Citra Ciraka Emas Tasikmalaya masih adanya beberapa kasus keterlambatan laporan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dari pekerja sehingga mengakibatkan keterlambatan pelayanan dari BPJS terhadap pekerja terkait hak-hak kecelakaan kerja. The purpose of this study is to find out, study, and analyze the implementation of work social security for certain time workers in the Kopetgel Citra Ciraka Emas City of Tasikmalaya. This study uses a normative juridical method with a statutory approach and analysis approach. Based on the results of research and discussion on "Implementation of Employment Social Security for Workers With a Specific Time Agreement Image of Ciraka Emas Tasikmalaya", the conclusion is as follows: The implementation of Social Security in the Ciraka Emas Kopetgel Tasikmalaya City has been in accordance with Law No. 24 of 2011 Article 15 Paragraph (1), namely the employer is required to register himself and his workers as participants to BPJS in accordance with the social security program that is followed. This is in addition to the fact that the company has included all of its employees in the BPJS Employment program, also because Kopetgel Citra Ciraka Emas Tasikmalaya is committed to covering all medical costs of workers who have suffered work accidents including transportation costs and rehabilitation costs. In addition, Kopetgel Citra Ciraka gold Tasikmalaya internally has also carried out a work health and safety insurance program. Although the implementation of Employment Social Security in Kopetgel Citra Ciraka Emas is in accordance with Law Number 24 of 2011, but Kopetgel Citra Ciraka Emas Tasikmalaya there are still several cases of reports of workplace accidents from workers resulting in delays in service from BPJS to workers related to rights work accident.
