| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | TRI SETIYADI : Penelitian Pengaruh Kombinasi Pupuk Kandang dan Npk Terhadap Produksi Segar dan Imbangan Daun Batang Rumput Gajah Mini (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) Defoliasi Kelima dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Mei 2019 sampai 21 Juni 2019 di Experimental Farm dan tanggal 21-29 Juni 2019 di laboratorium Agrostologi Fakultas Peternakan, Unuversitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji kombinasi pupuk kandang dan NPK terhadap produksi segar dan imbangan daun batang rumput gajah mini (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott). Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pupuk kandang, pupuk NPK, stek rumput gajah mini, neraca ohaus, alat tulis, cawan, label, timbangan digital, dan oven.Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dan dilanjut uji orthogonal polynomial, dengan 12 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. K0M0 = Pemberian pupuk kandang 0 kg/unit + NPK 0 g/unit, K0M1 = Pemberian pupuk kandang 0 kg/unit + NPK 37,5 g/unit, K0M2 = Pemberian pupuk kandang 0 kg/unit + NPK 75 g/unit, K0M3 = Pemberian pupuk kandang 0 kg/unit + NPK 112,5 g/unit, K1M0 = Pemberian pupuk kandang 7,5 kg/unit + NPK 0 g/unit, K1M1 = Pemberian pupuk kandang 7,5 kg/unit + NPK 37,5 g/unit, K1M2 = Pemberian pupuk kandang 7,5 kg/unit + NPK 75 g/unit, K1M3 = Pemberian pupuk kandang 7,5 kg/unit + NPK 112,5 g/unit, K2M0 = Pemberian pupuk kandang 15 kg/unit + NPK 0 g/unit, K2M1 = Pemberian pupuk kandang 15 kg/unit + NPK 37,5 g/unit, K2M2 = Pemberian pupuk kandang 15 kg/unit + NPK 75 g/unit, K2M3 = Pemberian pupuk kandang 15 kg/unit + NPK 112,5 g/unit. Peubah yang diukur adalah produksi segar dan imbangan daun batang rumput gajah mini (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott). Hasil rataan produksi segar rumput gajah mini (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) dari perlakuan K0 M0 (19,87 Kg ± 12,95) , K0 M1 (20,37 Kg ± 10, 45), K0 M2 (21,97 Kg ± 10, 01), K0 M3 (19,50 Kg ± 5,27), K1 M0 (17,00 Kg ± 6,42), K1 M1 (15,33 Kg ± 4,16), K1 M2 (16,80 Kg ± 8,27), K1 M3 (24,37 Kg ± 10, 46), K2 M0 (19,57 Kg ± 6,26), K2 M1 (22,43 Kg ± 9,11), K2 M2 (25,00 Kg ± 13,34) dan K0 M1 (28,17 Kg ± 9,55). Hasil rataan imbangan daun batang rumput gajah mini (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) dari perlakuanK0 M0 (7,540 ± 1,480), K0 M1 (6,310 ± 1,259), K0 M2 (6,490 ± 1,241), K0 M3 (7,193 ± 2,093), K1 M0 (9,420 ± 4,077), K1 M1 (6,157 ± 0,379), K1 M2 (6,770 ±1,868), K1 M3 (6,630 ± 1,810), K2 M0 (8,193 ± 2,106), K2 M1 (5,610 ± 1,402), K2 M2 (6,310 Kg ± 1,451), dan K0 M1 (5,753 ± 0,990). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dosis kombinasi pupuk kandang dan NPK berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap produksi segar dan imbangan daun batang rumput gajah mini.Kesimpulan penelitian adalah pemberian kombinasi pupuk kandang dan NPK tidak berpengaruh nyata, dan pemberian pupuk NPK secara tunggal memeberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap imbangan daun batang rumput gajah mini. |

Inggris) | TRI SETIYADI : The research entitled "The Effect of Manure and NPK Fertilizer Combinations on Fresh Production Plant and Ratio Leaf and Stem of Dwarf Elephant Grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) Fiveted Defoliation" was conducted from Mei 10th to June21th 2019 at Experimental Farm and June 21th to June 29th at Agrostology Laboratory, Animal ScienceFaculty, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. This study was conducted to examine the combination of manure and NPK on fresh production and ratio of leaf and stem of Dwarf Elephant Grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott). The research material used was manure, NPK fertilizer, mini elephant grass cuttings, measuring tape, bamboo stakes, hoes, sickles, spades, sacks, plastics, cutters, raffia ropes, ohaus balance, bamboo bars, stationery, cups, paper bowls , labels, digital scales, and ovens. The study was conducted experimentally using a randomized block design (RBD) and followed by a polynomial orthogonal test, with 12 treatments and 3 replications. The variables measured were fresh production and ratio of leaf and stem of Dwarf Elephant Grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott). The average yield of fresh dwarf elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) from the treatments of K0 M0 (19.87 kg ± 12.95), K0 M1 (20.37 kg ± 10, 45), K0 M2 (21.97 kg) 10, 01), K0 M3 (19.50 kg ± 5.27), K1 M0 (17.00 kg ± 6.42), K1 M1 (15.33 kg ± 4.16), K1 M2 (16.80) Kg ± 8.27), K1 M3 (24.37 Kg ± 10, 46), K2 M0 (19.57 Kg ± 6.26), K2 M1 (22.43 Kg ± 9.11), K2 M2 (25 , 00 kg ± 13.34) and K0 M1 (28.17 kg ± 9.55). The average yield of Dwarf Grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. The conclusion of the study was that the combination of manure and NPK had no significant effect, and the administration of NPK fertilizer alone gave a very significant effect on the ratio of the leaf and stem of the Dwarf Elephant Grass. |
