| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | RINGKASAN Penelitian ini berjudul “Analsis Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Sektoral, IPM dan Inflasi Terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Periode 2010-2017” penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, IPM, inflasi, serta pertumbuhan ekonomi sektoral terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi jawa tengah periode 2010-2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel tersebut adalah dengan metode data panel serta analisis uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan, variabel IPM berpengaruh negatif dan signifikaan dan variabel inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Sedangkan variabel bebas dari pertumbuhan ekonomi Sektor Primer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan variabel Sektor Sekunder berpengaruh negatif signifikan, varibel Sektor Tersier berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Implikasi dari kesimpulan diatas adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan di Jawa Tengah, namun panda sektor primer pertumbuhan ekonomi ini malah menjadikan tingkan kemiskinan meningkat dikarenakan alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi industri hal ini perlunya campur tangan pemerintah dalam mengeluarkan kebijakan dalam hal perijinan. Pada sektor sekunder dan tersier penyerapan tenaga kerja cukup baik dan meningkat disetiap tahunnya hal ini berarti perlunya peningkatan IPM saing masyarakat dalam peningkata sumber daya manusia untuk dapat menambah skill sehingga dapat bersaing dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Untuk tingkat inflasi pada penetiain ini memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kemiskinan, hal ini menunjukan bahwa inflasi tidak selalu berdampak buruk pada setiap keadaan. Karena pada saat permintaan barang dan jasa naik maka akan dapat menyerap tenaga kerja yang lebih banyak sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Inggris) | SUMMARY This study entitled "Analysis of the Influence of Sectoral Economic Growth, HDI and Inflation Against Poverty in Central Java Province 2010-2017" This study aims to analyze how the influence of economic growth, HDI, inflation, and sectoral economic growth on poverty in the province of Central Java in the period of 2010 -2017. The research method used to determine how the effect of each of these variables is the panel data method and t test analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable economic growth has a negative but not significant effect, the HDI variable has a negative and significant effect and the inflation variable has a negative and significant effect. While the independent variable of economic growth in the Primary Sector has a positive and significant effect and the Secondary Sector variable has a significant negative effect, the Tertiary Sector variable has a significant negative effect. The implication of the above conclusion is that economic growth can reduce poverty levels in Central Java, but the primary sector panda of this economic growth actually makes poverty levels increase due to the conversion of agricultural land into industry, this requires the intervention of the government in issuing policies in licensing. In the secondary and tertiary sectors labor absorption is quite good and increasing every year, this means that there is a need to increase the community competitiveness HDI in improving human resources to be able to increase skills so that they can compete in employment. For the inflation rate in this design has a negative impact on poverty, this shows that inflation does not always have a bad impact on every situation. Because when the demand for goods and services rises it will be able to absorb more labor so that it can increase people's income.
