| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Akumulasi Logam Berat Kadmium (Cd) pada Media Air, Sedimen dan Ikan Belanak (Mugil sp.) di Sungai Donan Cilacap”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan dan hubungan kandungan logam berat Cd pada media air, sedimen dan ikan belanak antar stasiun serta mengetahui tingkat pencemaran berdasarkan nilai Contamination Factor (CF), Geoaccumulation Index (Igeo), dan Bioaccumulation Factor (BAF). Metoda yang digunakan adalah metoda survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive random sampling. Lokasi penelitian dibagi menjadi 4 stasiun dengan 4 kali ulangan pengambilan sampel. Analisis stastistik uji F menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan berdasarkan kandungan logam berat Cd pada media air, sedimen dan ikan belanak. Analisis korelasi antara kandungan logam berat Cd air, sedimen dan ikan belanak juga menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Kandungan logam berat Cd pada media air berkisar 0,0125-0,0526 mg/L, media sedimen berkisar 1,0072-2,0023 mg/kg, dan pada ikan belanak berkisar 0,1265-0,2115 mg/kg. Tingkat pencemaran berdasarkan nilai CF terkategori kontaminasi sangat tinggi, berdasarkan Igeo terkategori tercemar sedang dan BAF terkategori memiliki kemampuan mengakumulasi logam berat dalam tubuhnya. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is entitled “The Accumulation of Cadmium (Cd) Heavy Metal in Water, Sediment, and Mullet Fish (Mugil sp.) in the Donan River Cilacap”. The purposes of this research are to determine the differences and the relationship of cadmium concentration in water, sediment and mullet fish between stations and also to know the level of pollution based on Contamination Factor (CF), Geoaccumulation Index (Igeo), and Bioaccumulation Factor (BAF) values. The method used was a survey method, while the sampling technique was purposive random sampling. The research location was divided into 4 stations that were run in quadruplicate. Statistical analysis of the F test showed a significant result based on the concentration of cadmium in water, sediment, and mullet fish. The correlation analysis between cadmium in water, sediment, and mullet fish that also showed a positive result. The concentration of cadmium in water ranged 0,0125-0,0526 mg/L, in sediment ranged 1,0072-2,0023 mg/kg, and in mullet fish ranged 0,1265-0,2115 mg/kg. The level of pollution showed the different result for each category-based on CF value, it was categorized very highly contaminated; based on Igeo, it was moderately polluted; based on BAF, it was considered having the ability to accumulate heavy metal in their bodies. |
