| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tata kelola sampah rumah tangga dengan sistem swakelola di Kelurahan Purwanegara, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara. Terdapat empat aspek yang digunakan yakni Partisipasi, Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, dan Responsivitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan purposive sampling, namun akan dibantu menggunakan snowball sampling untuk menambah kelengkapan data. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi hubungan dalam tata kelola (governance) KSM “Sejahtera” adalah dengan co – production. Prinsip governance yang digunakan meliputi empat prinsip yang mana juga digunakan untuk pembahasan aspek dalam penelitian ini yaitu Partisipasi, Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, dan Responsivitas. Dilihat dari aspek partisipasi, partisipasi dari interaksi masyarakat lah yang paling rendah, karena hanya membebankan masalah pengelolaan sampah kepada KSM dan Pemerintah tanpa ada ikut berkontribusi lebih dalam. Melihat pada aspek akuntabilitas permasalahan yang ada adalah dalam pertanggung jawaban administrasi pihak KSM kepada pemerintah maupun sebaliknya. Dalam merespon kebutuhan sampai saat ini sudah terlaksana cukup baik. Terdapat dua bentuk transparansi yang dilakukan, yakni, transparansi secara lisan dan transparansi secara tertulis. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to find out how the governance of household waste with a self-management system in Purwanegara Village, North Purwokerto District. There are four aspects that are used namely Participation, Accountability, Transparency, and Responsiveness. The method used is qualitative using an approach that produces descriptive data. The selection of informants is done by purposive sampling, but will be assisted using snowball sampling to add data completeness. Data collection methods used by researchers are by conducting in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the potential relationship in the governance of Sejahtera Community Self-help Groups is with co-production. The governance principles used include four principles which are also used for the discussion of aspects in this research, namely Participation, Accountability, Transparency, and Responsiveness. Viewed from the aspect of participation, participation from community interaction is the lowest, because it only imposes the problem of waste management to CBOs and the Government without anyone contributing more deeply. Looking at the accountability aspect of the existing problem is the accountability of the KSM to the government and vice versa. In responding to the needs so far it has been implemented quite well. There are two forms of transparency that are carried out, namely, transparency verbally and transparency in writing. |
