| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kabupaten Banyumas memiliki program pelayanan yakni Mall Pelayanan Publik. Akan tetapi, sebagai program yang tergolong baru, terdengar bahwa terdapat permasalahan terkait efektivitas program Mall Pelayanan Publik yang belum maksimal. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh antara disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap efektivitas program “Mall Pelayanan Publik” di Banyumas.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian yakni aparatur negara yang bertugas di Mall Pelayanan Publik Banyumas sejumlah 66 orang. Metode Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner, analisis statistik deskriptif, Korelasi Kendall’s 𝝉c, Koefisien Konkordansi Kendall (W), dan Regresi Ordinal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas program MPP. Kedua, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas program MPP. Ketiga, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas program MPP. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Banyumas Regency has a service program that is the Public Service Mall. However, as a relatively new program, it was heard that there were problems related to the effectiveness of the Public Service Mall. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational culture, and work environment on the effectiveness of the "Public Service Mall" in Banyumas. The research method used is quantitative. The research sample is the state apparatus who served in MPP Banyumas as 66 people. Methods of data analysis using test validity and reliability questionnaire, descriptive statistical analysis, Kendall's Correlation 𝝉c, Kendall Concordance Coefficient (W), and Ordinal Regression. The results showed that work discipline had a significant effect on the effectiveness. Second, organizational culture has a significant effect on the effectiveness. Third, the work environment has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the MPP program.
